By the state of San Andreas and the Los Santos Police Officer Human Resources you are required to read and understand the rules and structure of this book. When completing this book you are to refer to the website for the Los Santos Police or the Teamspeak 3 channel letting the supervisor for the current duty of day/night. Any of the after stated rules are official. Any of the consequences stated for the failure to follow the after stated rules will be used against you by the Government of San Andreas, Los Santos Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation, the San Andreas army ((Admin)), or any other official authority that may be used under the San Andreas Government. If at any time a respected Los Santos Police Officer or higher or any of the above stated factions suspect any suspicion upon your attitude, physiological, or any physical actions you will be put under a branch of investigators that will further take actions upon the situation at hand.

All further rules and regulations will be stated in the Rules and Regulations section in the forums. Giving specific rules and any other legal actions that are not specified in this book will be placed in the forums for your viewing. If any questions are not answered in this book, you may contact a respected officer or above. If you are not satisfied with the given answer, you may take it to the forums. A specific process will be stated in this handbook of the proceeds needed to be taken. If this still does not meet youre standers, you may post a Rules and Regulations Revision application on the forums and will be decided upon. You as a cadet will not be allowed to do so. Any further instructions from page two and so on will be informal unless written or told otherwise. But still holds the importance to the learning process. For each page there will be an assigned written test to make sure you have read the lesson. This will count as part of your CTO (cadet to officer) test. You will answer the questions on a form specified for the test. You will complete it all at once, not as you move on. All of the questions will be summed up at the end of this book. If you fail to answer 90% of the test you will automatically fail. After you have turned in the test, the respected HR officer will grade the test and move you on to step two. The step process will be given in the handbook (Pg [PAGE]). If you fail you will get to take the test a second time. If you fail the second attempt you will be voided and denied as pre-cadet. If you fail this test as a pre-cadet you will be permanently denied from all factions. You as a pre-cadet have no authority of the law for San Andreas. As of pre-cadet, you may not title yourself as a government worker for the state of San Andreas in any way shape or form. As of cadet, you may not title yourself as a government worker for the state of San Andreas. As of probational officer and up you may title yourself as a government worker for the state of San Andreas. Tips: 1. 2. 3. 4. Radio Traffic Only or RTO

Radio Traffic is to always be used in the unit channel. The channel is strictly radio traffic! The reason for the channel is to show professionalism upon the request of the Chief of Police. For the Radio Traffic Only channel will be public (Yes just like in the real world). How to speak in the RTO channel properly. It is important to speak properly; these examples will help you slowly learn the basics of the RTO channel. You may listen to the audio files given, or read the example. As you may have recognized, I shortened what is called the 10 codes. Anything over 10-11 can be shortened, why not 10-1 or 10-2? This could be mistaken for your badge number. Does this sound right? 14, 1, 9, 14, do not understand, repeat. This could be mistaken as your badge number, 14, 1, 141. Instead you should say, 14, 10-1, 10-9, 14, do not understand, repeat.
