Floridas Department of Management Services commissioned the Public Utility Research Center to analyze and assess current government approaches to obtaining broadband capacity and the results of those approaches. I contributed to this project by investigating the benets of Healthcare Information Technology and identifying the broadband infrastructure investments necessary to improve these services.
