Circular INHOUSE CULTURAL PROGRAMME 2012: GUIDELINES In order to make sure that the in-house cultural programs are conducted smoothly & cordially a slew of guide lines have been laid down by the executive committee which are as under: 1. One group item to consist of minimum 10 and maximum 30 participants. The number of in-house group items will be limited to maximum four only on first come first serve basis. However, the final decision in this regard will be taken by the cultural committee based on the prevailing circumstances. 2. Individual items are welcome but final decision regarding the number of participants will be taken by the cultural committee. 3. For individual performers and based on the requirement only one Tabla accompanist will be fixed / provided by the Puja Committee only on Maha Shasthi who will play tabla for all the performers. Other instruments and accompanist (if any) will be the responsibility of the individual performer (including payment). 4. No expenditure for rehearsal will be reimbursed by the Puja Committee in case of both individual and group item. 5. Names of the participants should be given to any of the cultural committee members on or before 15.09.12 after which no name will be enlisted. 6. Program slots will be decided by the cultural committee and will be binding for all performers. The slots will be circulated to the participants in due course. No change is possible thereafter. 7. Time limits: a) For Groups 40 minutes(This time will be measured from stage in to stage out i.e. inclusive of introduction, thanks giving etc.) b) Individual item 10 to 15 minutes 8. Re-imbursement towards dress materials hired for the group items will be decided by the cultural committee. However, the maximum re-imbursement for an in-house group will be limited to Rs.7500/- only depending on the number of participants, i.e. Rs.250 per child/artist is only admissible. All payment towards re-imbursement will be released after duly certified by Cultural Secretary or any of the members of cultural committee nominated by Cultural Secretary. Though we appreciate the efforts and diligence of individuals and group performers to make the In house programmes enthralling and colourful we are at pains to state that due to the fund constraint in the current year and the dynamic market scenario any reimburse beyond the ceiling as stipulated above shall not be possible by the Cultural committee.
