The building, at 1-2 Serjeants Inn, was acquired from the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, a legal organisation responsible for the training and support of barristers. Apex Hotels has invested in excess of 50 million to create the first hotel in one of Londons Inns of Court. This latest acquisition brings Apex Hotels portfolio to eight.

CHAmBERS RESTAURANT & BAR

This central London restaurant and bar serves fresh modern cuisine within stylish and contemporary surroundings. Chambers Restaurant is an intimate space, with a fully screened window in a decorative motif at the rear of the room. Specially designed candle lanterns fit between oak slats at varying heights and enhance the dining experience. Within the Chambers Lounge & Bar a feature fireplace creates the main focus with surrounding slatted timber walls, dark metallic wallcoverings and a slate brick chimneypiece adding to a cosy atmosphere. The bar is sculpted out of a heavily grained black and gold marble.
