Master Data for e Scholarship (To be collected)

Following is the list of master data required for the application. Each one the master is explained along with the significance.

1. University
List of universities are required for recording the data of colleges. The colleges are attached to Universities and this will also helpful in verifying the fee structure.

2. Education Society
This data is required as additional information for the college data. There might be requirement for generating the reports based on education societies in future.

3. College
College is one the main stakeholder in the business. To facilitate the students to fill the application form online, the data related to colleges should be available. The details of college are important for generating bill, pay-order and ECS. The name of college, bank account number, address, university and society to which it is attached are some of the important details which are required.

4. Course
List of courses are required so that fee structure for courses offered by the college is defined. This is also important so that student will select one of the courses available in the system.

5. Fee Type
Various fee types for courses are required to calculate the amount to be credited to the college bank account for a particular student. Here all the fee types are recorded.

6. University Course Fee Details

Fee structure of course defined by university is very important to calculate the amount to be credited to college account. This is required to verify the fee structure defined by the college. Fees for all the courses available at the university should be mentioned irrespective of committee which fixes the fee structure.

7. College Course Fee Details

Once the list of courses is available, the fee structure of courses offered at a particular college is to be defined to calculate the amount to be credited to the college account. There are some fees which colleges are authorized to charge. These fees are required to be captured for calculating the amount.

8. Hostel
Applicant staying in hostel can select the hostel instead of entering the details of hostel. This will help in verification process.

9. Offices
List of offices is required to for users to operate the business through the system. All the offices of welfare department are required to be created in the system.

10. Users
Various users across the offices will access the system for business functions. The user accounts needs to be created in the system to grant the access to the users. College users are also to be captured.
