COOKBOOK FOR LAZIES v1.

The author of this amazing cookbook for hungry girls would like to state
that none of this recipes are really his, he just stole them from around
the internet and he also forget to get the names from some of them so he
deliberated created their names, you can identify which ones because they
come with an [!] at the end of the name. He also would like to state that
he does not compreend american culinary and dont know if this cookbook is
as useful as he wanted it to be, but he sincerely hopes it help somewhat.
Also this is the v1.0 and if the cookbook needs some crafting he will
gladly do it with no charges, just message him. He also highlighted the
most quick ones with a [-x-] so that you can use the ground breaking
technology of Ctrl+F and go directly to it.

Boiled Potatoes with tomato and spring onions
baby potatoes or organic potatoes (NOT baking potatoes)
organic tomatoes (at least go for vine tomatoes)
spring onions (optional)
salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil
salty cheese (I prefer feta of course)
Step 1: Cook the potatoes
If using baby potatoes, you dont have to peel them. Using a small knife
simply cut off the parts where the potatoes look rotten or hit. If using
usual potatoes, better peel them because their skin is usually thicker.
Add into the pressure cooker water, salt and few of pepper and wait until
it boils.
Add the potatoes and close the lid. The water should cover the potatoes.
Use the pressure cookers manual to estimate the cooking time. It should
be around 10 minutes.
Step 2: Slice the tomatoes, spring onions and enjoy!
When the potatoes are cooked, drain them.
Add as many of potatoes, tomatoes and spring onions you wish.
Season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
Add olive oil. You can be generous, since potatoes tend to absorb it.

Apple Treat
Cooking apple
Brown sugar
Cinamon
Method
Choose the biggest and most ripe apple
core it and stuff brown sugar, where the left over core was,
add a little bit of cinnamon and put into the microwave.
Watch and keep checking on the apple
bring out too your own accord!
May i just say, leave it too cool for a minute or two

Quick midnight snack

Slice of bread
Tomato puree
Burger cheese (the kind that comes in plastic wrapping)
Ham (optional)
Method
Turn on your grill.
Semi-toast the bread. I usually just bang it in the toaster for a minute
or so but you could also put it in the grill to brown one side.
Take the bread out of the toaster/grill.
Spread the tomato puree over the browner side.
If you're using ham, now's the time to bang it on! If you're feeling
generous go crazy and spread more tomato puree over the top
place 2 burger cheeses over the slice (if you're tight, just use one)
throw your slathered slice in the grill until the cheese melts some
(shouldn't take more than a minute or so)
whip it out and chow down :d

Really Yummy Pasta
Pasta (any of your choice)
Butter
Salt and pepper
Balsamic vinegar (sounds weird, but its really good) [if you really don't
like the sound of it, you don't have to use it :)]
You can add grated cheese if you want, although i haven't tried this
recipe with cheese, so i don't know how it would work out
Method
Cook the pasta as you normally would
drain and put into the bowl your eating it out of
get a decent knob of butter and mix it into the pasta
add a generous amount of salt and pepper (to taste)
drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the pasta and mix it in :)

Pizza stuff!

For this snack you will need:


A loaf of French bread
Pizza or pasta sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings
Oregano
A baking sheet
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Slice the bread into pieces approximately 1/2 an inch thick. One
baking sheet should fit about 16 pieces. As you can see, I actually used
a whole wheat bread instead of French breadyou can use any kind as long
as it comes in a long loaf.
3. Grate the mozzarella. Or buy shredded mozzarella and save yourself a
step. You could also use any other cheese of your choice.
4. Evenly space the bread slices on the baking sheet and spread them with
sauce. I used leftover vodka pasta sauce for half and pesto for the other
half.
5. Add your favorite pizza toppings. I used pepperoni for the red sauce
and artichoke quarters for the pesto. I also left some with just cheese
and sauce.
6. Sprinkle cheese over each bread piece. Youll notice I actually put my
cheese on first, but I think itd be better to cover the toppings,
especially if youre using pepperoni.
7. Sprinkle oregano over all the pieces.
8. Bake for 10 minutes.

Easy Truffles
8 digestive biscuits
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons drinking chocolate/cocoa powder
50g margarene
1/2 tin condensed milk
Chocolate vermecelli/ desiccated coconut for rolling
Method
1) bash your biscuits until they are in crumbs (it's easier to do this in
a food bag and punch/hit it off a unit)
2) melt the margarene in a saucepan and add the condensed milk.
3) add this to biscuit mixture and mix

4) finally add the chocolate and coconut.


5) roll the mixture into small balls and then roll in coconut or
chocolate sprinkles.

Black pudding wrap
To make 1:
1 tortilla wrap
Black pudding
Cheddar cheese
Mayonaisse
Method
-spread about a teaspoon of good mayo onto the tortilla wrap
-cut three pieces of black pudding and place onto the wrap
-sprinkle with a light amount of the cheese
-fold the tortilla wrap and place into a toasted sandwich maker or george
foreman until the cheese is completely melted

Shortbread Biscuits
For 7 biscuits:
25g sugar
50g butter
75g flour
Any extra modification of your choice
Method
1) measure out ingredients and put into seperate bowls
2) mix sugar and butter till creamy
3) add in any extra indredients (sprinkles...)
4) add flour and mix till is dough
5) roll out with rolling pin
6) use cutters for shape
7) re-roll any left over dough and use cutters....
8) put on baking tray
9) cook for 15 mins in the oven gas mark 4
10) and any other toppings i.E chololate spread...
11) enjoy =]

Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 sticks softened butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 cups flour
2 cups chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degree celcius.
2. Combine the butter, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a
large bowl.
3. Mix well.
4. Add eggs and beat until creamy.
5. Stir in salt and baking soda.
6. Gradually add flour.
7. Stir in the chocolate chips.
8. Drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
9. Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the cookies start to brown around
their edges.
10. Transfer to cooling rack.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.

Egg Free Cookies
No eggs!
12oz self raising flour
8oz soft margarine
8oz caster sugar
2oz dark chocolate drops (or anything else you fancy putting in;
smarties, white chocolate drops, raisins etc.)
Method
1 - mix the ingerdients together in a big bowl, use your hands to knead
the dough, it shouldn't be at all crumbly, so add a little more margarine
if it is.
2 - take a small ball of dough, about the size of 1 and a half ping pong
balls and squeeze it so it's a circle about 1.5cm thick
3 - place on a greased tray.

You can make between 16 - 22 cookies, so use 2 trays.


4 - cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 mins.
5 - eat them while they're hot! Taste magic with a glass of milk :)

Swiss Roll
50g caster sugar
2 eggs
40g self raising flour and 10g cocoa or 50g self raising flour
Method
1. Put eggs and sugar into a bowl. Whisk with electric whisk on full
blast for 15-20 minuites.
2.Sprinkle on flour (and cocoa)
3. Fold in the flour/cocoa
4. Put in the oven (you need a baking tray that is lined with greaseproof
paper) for 5 mins
5. Flip onto a wet teatowel
6. Add the jam with knife
7. Roll and push
8. Eat the great creation

Delicious Homemade Pizza
Ingredients
Bread (as many as you prefer)
Tomato ketchup or pasta sauce
Toppings: usually the best combination includes capsicum and onions,
although you can add whatever you prefer
Cheese slices or black diamond marble cheese
Mini oven
Method
Spread the ketchup or pasta sauce on the bread
place the cheese slice on the bread, or grate the marble cheese and
sprinkle over bread
place toppings on the bread
place the bread in the oven and set to bake, 350-400 degrees, 5-10
minutes
the cheese will melt evenly and the bread will become crunchy along with
crispy toppings
remove from oven and enjoy your warm, cripsy homemade pizza!

*using tomato ketchup makes the pizza tastier than using pasta sauce

Ingredients
Pan,sugar,bread,butter.
Method
1 : take a pan.
2 : on the gas.
3 : put the bread on the pan.
4 : apply butter on the bread.
5 : put sugar on the bread.

Stirfry
Ingredients
1/2 cup of onion
1 tbsp franks red hot sauce
1 cup rice
4 handfuls mixed vegetables
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup corn
1/4 cup of water
Method
Cook the rice,drain the rice
than through all the ingredients in together on med heat and mix them
until the water is gone

Ingredients
Frozen hot dog
Crescent roll
Method

1. Preheat oven to 375*


2. Cut hot dog in to four equal pieces.
3. For each cresent roll triangle, cut in half to create two smaller
triangles.
4. Wrap frozen hot dog in crescent roll triangle.
5. Repeat as many as you like.
6. Place on cooking sheet.
7. Bake for about 10-13 minutes.
8. Done.

Pasta in Cream Sauce (2 Min)
Ingredients
Boiled pasta (50 gms)
Hellman's mayonnaise or any other good quality mayo
Milk
Grated cheese (any kind but i prefer mild ones)
Salt
Garlic pepper(although normal pepper will do)
Mixed herbs
Tinned sweetcorn (optional)
Method
In a microwave bowl, mix about 2 tablespoons of the mayonnaise, about a
tablespoon of milk, a pinch of salt, garlic pepper, mixed herbs and the
sweetcorn and mix well. Now add the pasta.
One thing to note is that you can change the amounts of mayo and milk
according to your taste, but make sure its not too thick, such that the
pasta is coated but it doesn't stick to it.
Finally add the grated cheese on top and microwave for 1 min on full
power.
Now your dish is ready! Hope you enjoy it

Cheesy Garlic Bread
Ingredients
1 clove of garlic (can use more if you like a stronger taste)
Bread (a slice per person)
Butter
Mixed herbs (if you want)
Cheese

Method
1. Toast the bread.
2. Chop the garlic and add to a bowl or mug.
3. Add the butter and herbs to the garlic and put in the microwave until
the butter is melted.
5 spoon over the bread and add the grated cheese on top.
6. Grill until the cheese is melted.
Enjoy!

Hot sour tuna and noodle stew
Ingredients
For one:1/2 can of tinned tuna
1 packet of instant noodles
1/2 can sweetcorn
Black pepper
Tabasco sauce
Method
Make the noodles as normal, make sure to cook them until only just fully
cooked other wise they will be soggy.
Add the tuna, sweetcorn, four drops of tabasco and then liberal amounts
of black pepper while still on the heat.
Stir and pour directly into a bowl without draining. (the juices will be
full of flavour)

Healthy Spanish Omelette
110g onion
80g courgette
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
2 eggs
110g chopped cooked turkey (or chicken)
(serves 2)
Method
Finely chop all the vegetables and simmer in a little salted water for 10
minutes, then drain. Beat eggs with a little salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in turkey and cooked vegetables. Heat a non-stick pan with a small
amount of olive oil and pour in the mixture. Cook until lightly set then
turn to brown the second side (or finish under a hot grill if you find
this easier). Divide into 2 portions and serve.

3 Cheese Mash
ingredients
1 potato
Grated cheddar
Philidelphia
Goats cheese (or any other cheese of your liking)
Milk
Butter
Water
Method
Boil a potato for 20 minutes until soft
mash the potato with some milk and butter
add the three cheeses of your choice

Pizza Crackers
Cream crackers
Pizza sauce / tomato pasta sauce / dip
Grated cheese
Any other random ingredients you fancy like pepperoni, ham, peppers,
vegetables
Method
1. Spread pizza sauce/tomato pasta sauce/dip on 4/5 crackers to start
with.
2. Grate cheese on top - enough to cover each one.
3. Put the crackers on a microwavable plate and in the microwave for
thirty seconds or until the cheese has melted.
4. Voila! Eat your delicious pizza crackers, and then make more.

Jam Drop Biscuits
(if you don't have measuring cups, just use a large coffee cup)
2 cups of self raising flour
3/4 cup of margerine
3/4 cup of caster sugar
Jam
Also very good with nutella or lemon curd, if you don't want to use jam.
Method
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Rub the flour and margerine together in a large bowl until it resembles
breadcrumbs. Stir in the sugar. Add a few tablespoons of milk and bring
together until it forms a dough. Pull off small chunks, roll into balls
and flatten. Make a well in the middle of each biscuit, using your thumb.
Fill with jam. Bake for around 15 minutes, or until slightly golden.

Ridiculously Easy Pancakes
(if you don't have measuring cups, use a large coffee cup)
1 cup of self raising flour
1 cup of milk
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Method
Whisk everything together in a large mixing bowl. Drop spoonfuls of
mixture into a hot pan. When bubbles start to form on the surface, flip
and cook the other side

Feeds 2!
Crumpets (pack of 6) 66p
Butter (just a little) 10p
Tomato pure (half tube) 47p
Cheese (as much as u want!) less then 1!
A little ham if u like 60p
Method

Toast the crumpets on level 3, remove from toaster and apply a little
butter just to keep it moist! Spread enough tomato pure on top to
cover! Add as much grated cheese as u want (and any ham)
and pop in microwave until cheese is melted, usually i add a little more
tomato pure on top but this is optional!

Quick Breakfast Sandwich
2 slices of bread
1 or 2 cherry tomatos (depending on the size of the bread)
Leftover baked beans (you only need a very small amount- maybe even a
tbsp)
Slice of ham
Method
Lightly toast the bread
heat up the baked beans in a pan
spread the baked beans onto 1 of the slices of bread
chop up the tomato and put ontop of the baked beans
place the ham ontop of the tomato and baked beans
put the other slice of bread on top of all this
ta da its finished- your very own hot breakfast sandwich

Sweet sour veg noodles
3 x instant noodles (basics, 11p)
Sweet & sour sauce (sainsbury's, 27p)
Frozen veg (iceland do a big bag for 1)
Vegetable stock cubes (basics, 10p)
(total cost 1.70 for 3 servings!)
Equipment:
Large pan
Sieve
Fork
Spoon
Method
1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil
2. Add 2 vegetable stock cubes and a substantial amount of frozen veg

3. Add 3 noodles (throw away included sachets)


4. Boil for 4-5 minutes
5. Remove from heat and drain
6. Add noodles and veg back to pan over a very low heat
7. Add sweet and sour sauce to taste
8. Serve / freeze !

Eggwhite Omelet
Ingredients
2 3oz. cartons of All Whites egg whites (you could always use real egg
whites, but I'm too lazy for that)
Pam non-stick cooking spray
Sea Salt
Cracked Pepper
A dash of skim milk
1 tomato (you can add other vegetables depending on what's handy in the
fridge)
1 block of cheddar cheese
Hot sauce of any kind (preferably green Tabasco)
To Prepare
1. Spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray. Turn burner to low heat.
2. Mix egg whites, skim milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk with a
fork.
3. Pour into pan (reuse that fork to scramble the eggs).
4. Cut the tomatoes on the plate you're going to use to serve the meal
(one less dish!). Throw the tomatoes, along with pieces of your cheese
block that you rip off by hand, in with the eggs. Cook until the eggs
aren't runny anymore.
5. Put on a plate, add hot sauce to taste (I like it spicy, so I add a
lot!). Serve with coffee.

1 red or green apple.

Method
1.Cut your apple into small pieces
2.Cut your cheese into small pieces similiar in size to the apple slices.
3.Place in a bowl and , put slice of cheese on slice of appleand enjoy :)

English Tea Scones
1/2 stick/50g butter
2 cups /225g all-purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 pint / 150 ml milk
1 egg beaten with a little milk
Method
Heat the oven to 450f/230c/gas 8grease and flour a baking sheet. Place
the butter, flour, baking powder and salt into a roomy baking bowl. Rub
the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Make a well in the center and stir in enough milk to make a soft dough.
Turn the mixture on to a floured board and knead lightly, roll out to
2/cm / 3/4 inch thick. Cut 12 rounds with a 5cm/2 inch cutter or cut into
triangles with a sharp knife. Place on the baking tray and brush with the
beaten egg and milk mixture. Bake near the top of the hot oven for 8 - 10
minutes until golden brown and well risen. Cool on a wire rack before
eating.You can also sprinkle cream and jam over it

Cheese Sticks
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons ice water
Method
Preheat oven to 400F (205C).

Combine all ingredients,except water, with a pastry blender until mixture


resembles coarse crumbs. Add water and mixing will.
Form into strips with a cookie press. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet
for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

Cheese Scones
55g/2oz butter
225g/8oz self raising flour
A pinch of salt
25g/1oz mature cheddar cheese, grated
150ml/5fl oz milk
Method
Firstly heat the oven to 220c/425f/gas 7. Next mix together the salt,
flour and butter. Stir in the cheese and then the milk until you get soft
dough. Turn the dough onto a floured work area and knead lightly. Pat out
to a round 2cm/ inch thick. Using a 5cm/2in cutter, stamp out the rounds
and place them on a lightly greased baking sheet. Knead together the rest
of the dough and stamp out more scones to use up all of the mix. Brush
the tops of the scones with a little milk. Bake for 12-15 minutes until
well risen and golden. Cool on a wire rack and serve.

Munchy Seeds
Bag of mixed seeds (you can also just use pumpkin or sunflower mixed
together)
Soy sauce
Honey / maple syrup (maple syrup is better for u but more expensive)
Little bit of pepper (optional)
Method
1. Get a saucepan or frying pan nice and hot
2. Now armed and deadly with your trusty wooden spoon throw in your seeds
at stir for about 2 mins vigorously or they'll stick and burn you just
wana lightly toast them (love your seeds!!!)
3. Now add a teaspoon of soy and a small drizzle of syrup or honey
5. Give your seeds another good stirring!! And so they're nicely coated
in the sauce and remove and your all done :-)

Mad Meal
Bread
Butter
Noodles (curry or chicken flavour)1 packet
Egg(s)1-2
Grated cheese (2oz)
Mushrooms (4oz)
Black pepper (dash)
Method
Toast the bread then butter it. Place the noodles (once cooked) on top of
the toast. Fry the egg(s)then place the egg(s)on top of the noodles.
Place the mushrooms (once fried)on top of the egg(s). Add the grated
cheese on top of the mushrooms. Sprinkle the black pepper on top of the
cheese then voila !!! The mad meal !
The different flavours explode together leaving an invigorating and
refreshing experience.
You must try it though it does sound mad !!!

Short Bread
125g butter
55g caster sugar
180g plain flower
Method
Heat the over at 190c/375f.
Beat the butter and sugar together until pale.
Stir in the flour. Turn on to a work surface and roll out until the
mixture is 1cm thick.
Cut into fingers and sprinkle with sugar. Put on a baking tray and bake
in the oven 15-20 minutes until pale golden.

Coffee Cake
3 eggs
170g (6oz) self-raising flower
170g (6oz) butter or margerine

170g (6oz) caster sugar


1 teaspoon of baking powder
Strong black coffee
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees celsius (340 degrees fahrenheit) and
either grease your cake tin or line it with greaseproof paper. I prefer
to grease it with butter as it means you have less waste at the end. If
your tin is old and well used, though, paper may be the best way to go as
it'll have less chance of sticking.
Make a very small, very strong black coffee using two desert spoons of
instant coffee granules and the smallest amount of hot water that you can
to get it all to dissolve. Certainly don't use more than half an espresso
cup of water. The more water you use, the sloppier your cake will be, and
it might not bake properly.
If mixing by hand, sift the flour, sugar and baking powder into a large
bowl to make sure there are no lumps, then melt the butter and stir that,
the eggs and the coffee into the dry ingredients. Mix well until it is a
smooth paste and you can see no dry flour or sugar in the mixture. Beat
hard, using a circular motion with the spoon that lifts the mixture up
from the bottom of the bowl to introduce as much air into it as you can.
If using a mixer, instead sift the flour, sugar and baking powder into
the mixing bowl, add the coffee, eggs and melted butter and them mix at
high speed for a couple of minutes until you get a smooth, light mixture.
Spoon your mixture into your baking tin or individual cup cake cases and
put into the oven. If baking a single cake, cook for around 30 minutes,
then test by taking it out of the oven and gently pressing the top (use
gloves as it will be hot). If it springs back and is an even brown
colour, it is finished. If not, bake a little longer and try again. You
shouldn't need to cook for more than 35 minutes.
If baking cup cakes, cook for 15 minutes before testing in the same way,
and then 5 minutes more if they are not cooked.
If icing your cake, allow it to cool and then combine as much icing sugar
as you can with a third of a tea cup of very strong black coffee (again,
two desert spoons of instant granules will be about right). Mix
thoroughly to get rid of any lumps. Keep adding more icing sugar until
you have a thick paste and then spread this across the top of the cold
cake. Allow to harden and then serve.
