The target was to convert every year 20% of the customer from paper based to eStatement. SMS Banking & Alert System (Project Size $ 2.7m) Led cross functional project team responsible for the design and successful implementation of SMS Banking & Alert System real-time connected with eBBS (Banking Core System/Cards core System ) Solution across SCB Countries. The Idea was to convert the branch traffic for all the non financial transactions(inquiries) to SMS Banking/Alerts system from Call Centre and Branches. Document Management and Archiving Solution (Project Size $ 1.8m) Led cross functional project team responsible for the design and successful implementation of Document Management and Archiving Solution for 6 SCB Countries to capture and archive all the account opening forms, All the Statements for banking and credit cards customers) with the state of the art workflow system for viewing/commenting functionalities. Standard Chartered/ANZ Grindlays Bank Pakistan Integration Project Selected for the most critical project and made responsible for Technology Integration of Standard Chartered and ANZ Grindlays Banks. The job includes:

1. Perform the asset management and gap analysis against the SCB standards to integrate ANZ Grindlays Bank and work out the technology cost required for the integration. 2. Coordination amongst all stake holders (business, Regional IT and Vendors) and ensure management and monitoring of all project activities via effective communication, meetings with all to resolve dependencies and issues, updates to Head of IT and Country Implementation Manager. 3. Acquire all technology needs based on the above gaps like vendor selection and hardware procurement, installations/deployment and connectivity of LAN/WAN/Servers/Desktops, etc. required for merging the two banks. 4. Helped in the gap analysis, data cleansing and mapping exercises for the smooth system migration to new core application.
