Novena Rosary of Saint Michael the Archangel and All Angels

One day, Saint Michael, Prince of Angels, appeared to a devout servant of God named Antonia d' Astonac. The Archangel Michael said to her, "I wish to be honored by nine salutations corresponding to the nine Choirs of Angels, consisting of one Our Father and three Hail Mary's for each of the angelic choirs." Saint Michael went on to promise that anyone who prayed this devotion in his honor would have, when approaching the Holy Altar to receive the Eucharist, an escort of nine angels chosen by himself from each of the nine choirs of angels. In addition, he promised that anyone who recited this devotion daily would be given during his life St. Michael's own protection as well as the continual assistance of all of God's holy angels. Furthermore, after death, such a one will obtain for himself and his relations deliverance from purgatory. The Rosary of Saint Michael and All Angels consists of nine sets of prayers; one Our Father and three Hail Mary's is prayed for each of the nine choirs of angels. The nine choirs of angels are: Cherubim Seraphim Thrones Opening Prayer Saint Michael the Archangel, loyal champion of God and His People. I turn to you with confidence and seek your powerful intercession. For the love of God, Who made you so glorious in grace and power, and for the love of the Mother of Jesus, the Queen of the Angels, be pleased to hear our prayer. You know the value of our souls in the eyes of God. May no stain of evil ever disfigure it beauty. Help us to conquer the evil spirit who tempts us. We desire to imitate your loyalty to God and Holy Mother Church and your great love for God and people. And since you are Gods messenger for the care of His people, we entrust to you these special intentions: (mention your needs) Lord, hear and grant our special intentions for this Novena that we bring before You. Almighty and Everlasting God, who by a prodigy of goodness and a merciful desire for the salvation of all men, hast appointed the most glorious Archangel, Saint Michael, Prince of Thy Church, make us worthy, we beseech Thee, to be delivered from all our enemies, that none of them may harass us at the hour of death, but that we may be conducted by him into the august presence of Thy Divine Majesty. This we beg through the merits of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. 1. By the intercession of Saint Michael and the celestial Choir of Seraphim, may the Lord make us worthy to burn with the fire of perfect charity. Amen. One Our Father and three Hail Mary's.. 2.
