JKmesC$sar -ellaton, after checking, sai% that the school of Le Locle has traine%, on a.erage, a foreign stu%ent per *ear. 2o cut short the contro.ers* hiring a foreign stu%ent is sub=ect to the 0wiss Chamber of Catchmaking.
