1. If the Personnel no. field is blank, skip this step. If there is a number in Personnel no. field, delete the existing personnel number, then click Enter to clear the previous employee name. 2. From = 01 Aug 2003 3. Select Action type = New Hire 4. Click Execute

The system will save Infotype 0000 with the manual and defaulted entries 4. The system display the Create Personnel Data (0002) screen
