Arnold Armada, Municipal Officials, Heads of Schools, Members of the Sangguniang Bayan, Baranggay Officials in attendance, partner organizations from both the public and private sector, delegates, ladies and gentlemen, good morning! It is my immense pleasure to welcome all of you to our Foundation Anniversary Celebration and our 1st Hamungaya festival!Ako poy taus pusong nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng naririto ngayon sa inyong pagdalo sa ika limamput limang anibersaryo ng mahal nating lalawigang Isulan. Ang inyo pong presensya ay konkretong patunay sa ating tema sa kasalukuyang fiesta na: Diverse Culture, One Isulanon. Sapagkat dito po sa ating bayan, I am proud to say, that we are different people with diverse and rich culture but with united with one common interest, ang pagmamahal sa ating bayang Isulan. We are greatly honored with the presence of our distinguished guests who did not have any hesitation to join us today in demonstration of their support. My deep appreciation also goes to the people and entities who contributed much time and effort to prepare for our 55th Foundation Anniversary Celebration, which will eventually depict that Isulan is indeed mahamungaya. Today marks a very significant event in the history of Isulan. From Pasundayag Festival,now to Hamungaya Festival. This manifests that through the years many things may have changed, yet Isulan continues to withstand the test of time while sustaining growth and development. At ito po ay dahil sa inyong walang sawang suporta at patuloy na pagtulong sa akin na mapaunlad ang kalagayan ng ating bayan sa ibat ibang larangan: Education, Health, Social Services, Arts and Culture, Peace and Order, Agriculture, Infrastructure and Tourism. It is thus a good day to celebrate this milestone with all of you as witnesses in this momentous event. Kung atin pong pakaiisipin, marami na ang ipinagbago at patuloy na pagbabago ang nagaganap sa teknolohiya, ekonomiya,relihiyon at iba pang aspeto ng lipunan. Subalit nanatili pong progresibo at matatag ang Isulan, at ito po'y gawa ng ating sariling sikap na magkaisa. Through our bountiful festival, we will show everyone that diversity in culture is not a hindrance to the advancement of our municipality because we, Isulanons, are united enough to be responsive to the challenges in this new era. Mag ugyon kitang tanan and let us continue to make a bigger, better and stronger Isulan. Once more, welcome to our 55th Foundation Anniversary and first Hamungaya Festival!
