T he City of Chicago’s Department of Housing offers many enticing options to attract buyers and please
homeowners by saving money. It is important that you are aware of the myriad programs available to your
clients so that you can be referred to as the REALTOR® who watches out for your client’s best interest. In
today’s marketplace, having a competitive edge is what you need, and what better way to get that edge than by
