Barcode verication inspects and grades 1D and 2D codes using internationally accepted standards. The software displays a real-time graph indicating the ISO grade, allowing operators to view trends in print quality.

BARCODE VALIDATION
READING 1D AND 2D CODES
Barcode validation inspects codes to determine if they are readable. Validation does not grade the barcode, however it can be combined with other verication techniques for a single pass quality approach.

The CIS 7500 Online Label Verication System enables 100% print quality inspection to ensure accuracy and data integrity on each label. Paired with AccuProof PrintCheck the system is able to perform master to label comparisons without interrupting the print process. AccuProof PrintCheck identies common and often overlooked print aws such as skews, smears, registration errors, die-cut errors and missing information. CIS 7500 system is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant.

OPTICAL CHARACTER VERIFICATION

The OCV function ensures that a string of sequential characters are read and/or veried against a known eld or database.

OPTICAL CHARACTER RECOGNITION

The OCR function reads characters and reports the data content.

NUMBER VALIDATION
Number validation veries the expected order of any numerical series, detecting duplicates and sequencing errors and matches variable numbers with external data les.
