Major Achievement: Handled a fresh network of Claro Jamaica, supported a network that had only a few customers and helped to support tens of thousands of customer. Worked as GPRS/UMTS Consultant: Responsible for complete support of Packet Core Network .The support included the following: Configuration of RNCs on the SGSN. Constant monitoring of the mobility and session management logs on the SGSN ,to see all the interfaces(Iu,Gr,Gn,IuPS) are working fine.Successful action taken whenever problems appeared.

Activating traces on the SGSN whenever required, monitoring and acting on them. Constant checking of the mobility and session management logs on the SGSN. Troubleshooting with the assistance of Wireshark/Protocol Analyzer. Configuring Performance monitoring (PM) jobs/counters on the SGSN to ensure optimum use of the nodes. GPRS roaming configuration on the SGSN.

Creating users on the SGSN/GGSN and allocating the required roles/rights, as per the customer requirement. Taking complete backup of the SGSN every 14 days. Taking complete configuration backup of the GGSN every week as required by the customer. Troubleshooting IP Network. APN Creation on the GGSN VRF Creation on the GGSN Interfaces configuration on the GGSN Radius Configuration on the GGSN Filter configuration on the GGSN Coordinating with other vendors. Constant checking of the statistics. Preparing and submitting weekly status report to the reporting manager. First person in the history of Angolan Telecom to upgrade the network to support 3G .We did it in 2007 whereas even in a country like India it is not still completely done in 2011. Helped make local engineers in a war torn Angola to be self sufficient to handle to data network on their own.
