Al Urdonia Lil Ebda (AULE)


Al Urdonia Lil Ebda (AULE) is a main sponsor for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and a fundamental player of the Jordanian innovation-based incubation industry. Started as an initiative by government, semi-government organizations and Jordanian universities to support entrepreneurship, innovation and technology transfer in Jordan. The idea behind AULE was to create a place where proactive detection of innovative projects occurs, where entrepreneurs and graduates can achieve proof of concept of their innovative ideas and develop the business case around it. AULE successes have been achieved through the dedicated support and help of the following association; Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (chairman), Jordan Industrial Estates Company, Jordan Engineers Association, King Abdullah II Fund for Development, Jordan University of Science and Technology, Yarmouk University and Mutah University. To achieve this; AULE opened five business innovation centers; Two in Irbid and AlKarak governorates main activity industrial projects and renewable energy. One center in Irbid Economic Development Zone main activity on ICT and Telecommunications. Two centers in Jerash and Madaba governorates main activity Creative Industries. In 2007, AULE was the first Jordanian organization to become a board member of the Asian Science Park Association - Korea (ASPA), AULE hosted the 5th ASPA Leaders Meeting in Dead Sea In 2010. AULE became a full member of the European Business and Innovation Centre Network (EBN), and is the first Jordanian business incubators to be accredited the EC-BIC logo from the European commission, which stands for best practices in business incubations. In 2010, AULE named the leading business incubator in Jordan according to study conducted to evaluate business incubators in Jordan members in JIC network. In 2011, AULE became member of MENAinc one of InfoDev networks, as part of services provided by AULE and MENAinc with support of InfoDev we are proudly announce the InfoDev Business Incubation Management Training December 2012.

annual Global Forum on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and its web-based networking and knowledgesharing tool www.idisc.net. This training program was designed in direct response to repeated requests from InfoDevs innovation and entrepreneurship community for an in-depth business incubation training program relevant to the developing country context. This training program is the first-of-its-kind, drawing from the lessons, models, and examples in business incubation from across Africa, East Asia and the Pacific, Europe and Central Asia, Latin America & the Caribbean, Middle East & North Africa, and South Asia. More than 30 experts contributed directly to the writing of the training modules, and the materials were tested with more than 300 professionals in developing countries all of whom provided inputs to the final design. This training program is designed for business incubation managers and other business incubation stakeholders wishing to increase their understanding and know-how of the business incubation process. It consists of 11 training modules ranging from basic introductory topics designed for professionals new to business incubation, to specialized topics such as Technology Commercialization and Virtual Business Incubation Services This training program is designed for business incubation managers, management team and other business incubation stakeholders wishing to increase their understanding and know-how of the business incubation process. The training is delivered by certified trainers by InfoDev. We believe that you will find this training unique and useful. Program Full Day training program starting from 9:00 am and ending in 5:00 pm. This includes lunch break and two short breaks.

Training Atmosphere This training is conducted using the Participant Centered Method. This mainly focused on the participants involvement and interaction.
