This strong need equates into a resilient jobs market for computer science graduates and is one of the main motives from my decision to study this subject at university. I hold a number of qualities I have always been good at logical problem solving and have a proven ability to think creatively and thoroughly when developing project applications. Whilst at University a number of my tutors regularly praised my excellent judgement, time-management and problem-solving skills Computer science is an extensive field that involves people with varying abilities and areas of specialism. Within the last year I have come to consider that I have these requirements in academic and within practical. I also retain the imaginative spirit, capability and enthusiasm that is essential to devote time in order to achieve any goal. One of my recent projects created whilst at university consisted of using the cortex M3 microcontroller which I was able to program using C. I was able to convert the heat signals from the microcontroller and create a laptop cooling station which reads the current temperature of the laptop then responds with the outcome, if the heat was too high therefore the fans would increase in speed and also display a warning on a mini LCD screen.
