During this time period, detaineealso studiedthe Koran and Islamic Law at the Madrassa al-Forfur tnstitute. In 1998,detainee visited Amman, Jordan(JO).4 From 1998-2000,_ detaineestudied Hanafi Islamic Law at a branch of the al-Azhar University in Damascus.s Detaineefinancedhis own education working odd jobs (I.IFI). IIR 6 034 0265 05, In IIR 2 340 638402, Mullah Omar reportedly informed all Arabs to depart Kabul on 25 September2001. Some Arabs reportedly traveled to Tora Bora where Abu Jafar had a cave in the Toram Camp called the Algerian Cave, while other Arabs returned to Jalalabadand then traveled to Tora Bora.
