VENDOR INVITATION/AGREEMENT

G.R.A.B, Inc. would like to extend an invitation to you and your company, to join us at our annual LIVE LIFE Conference 2012 on Friday, November 2nd, 2012 at Florida Memorial University. It is our hope that you will be able to join us in this grand occasion. This conference is for girls, ladies and women ages 12-up. Over the years we have never offered vendor space before because we were afraid the number of attendees would be low. Last year alone we had over 260 women celebrating life. This years conference promises to be larger and bring in a new energy and a renewed dedication to the community. We want to invite you to share your business with our attendees this year. Because we are a 5013 non-profit organization all proceeds is going back to our organization; that means your vendor fee is tax deductible as it will be counted as a donation to our organization. Not only that, your vendor package includes up to five (5) minutes of presentation time! You will be able to speak on stage presenting your business to the audience. After all presentations have been completed, the audience is dismissed to go shop and visit your table before the conference begins and again at the end of the event!

Space is limited. Hurry today for your vendor space. In order to guarantee your vendor table you must complete and sign your contract and submit it with your full payment on or before Monday, October 22 nd, 2012 5:00pm EST. Please make your check payable to: G.R.A.B, Inc. Payments can be dropped off or mailed to 10185 NW 7th Avenue, Miami, FL 33150. You will receive a USPS certified letter in the mail with your receipt and additional information regarding requirements and other pertinent information. Please be sure to sign the certified receipt before giving it to postal carrier. Online payments will receive an email receipt and information. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason you are not able to attend please send someone in your place. If the event should be rescheduled your contract is still active for the new date with no additional fees applied to you. No spaces will be help without payment NO EXCEPTIONS. Applications are accepted on a first-come basis. Vendor locations will be assigned according to request of your business and the date in which your applications was received. So hurry and return your applications today.

TERMS AND CONDITION


All vendors must be at event location by 5:00pm for set up. Table location and presentation space on first come first served bases. Arrive on time to have your preferred location and presentation spot. Any vendors arriving after 5:15pm is considered as a NO SHOW/NO CALL and ABSENT. Please be ON TIME. NO REFUNDS Presentation time starts promptly at 6:00pm. At the end of all vendor presentations, all attendees will be dismissed to visit tables until conference begins, and again at the end of event. Vendor space must be closed, packed and clean by 11:00pm. Plan to have enough samples and products for sale for at least 200 attendees. Business cards/flyers must be included during payments (200) or by deadline date in order to be placed in gifts bags. If you would like samples to be placed in gift bags, please include them as well during payment or deadline dates. Food vendors may register. However, no food/drinks can be sold or sampled at event. We encourage you to have a non-perishable display and gift certificate available for purchase and/or pre-ordered, paid in full forms and receipts of sales.

In order for you to be considered for vendor space, you must understand and agree to the above and below statements: Complete and sign an agreement application. Submit full payment with your signed and completed form. All payments are tax deductible and will be viewed as a donation. You will receive a letter for your tax filing purposes. Payments in full serves as your commitment to attend and understand that there is NO REFUND for your cancellation and/or non-attendance. You may send someone in your place if you cannot attend. Their name and info must be submitted via email 24hours before event date in order to keep space and reservation: grab.inc@hotmail.com. If event is rescheduled your completed reservation and payments will remain effective for new date with no additional payments needed from you.
