Course Description: Anger can destroy not only the people around you but it can eat at the very soul of the individual who harbors it in their life. But is all anger wrong? How do I know when my anger is justified? How can I help those who seem to be characterized by resentment and bitterness in their lives? This lesson points out the destructive process anger takes in our lives and how others successfully manage this powerful emotion.
Course Objectives: At the end of this lesson, you will be able to 1. Understand the definition of anger. 2. Understand how anger expresses itself. 3. Know the causes and effects of anger. 4. Construct a program to help others with anger management. Introduction: Some have suggested that no matter what the problem is marriage conflicts, childhood defiance or alcoholism - anger is usually somewhere at the heart of the issue. Anger is the chief sabatoger of the mind and is the leading cause of misery, depression, inefficiency, sickness and accidents. Although it is a God-given emotion, anger is oftentimes destructive and hurtful. Gods Word is not silent about the issue of anger and
speaks to its presence and its value in human life. Most importantly, we all need to learn how to be angry and sin not.
