Huggies Baby Pageant

Requirements:
To be eligible, your child must still be using diapers on a daily basis. Participants MUST use a custom/handmade outfit/ costume using Huggies brand diapers. BE CREATIVE! Participants wearing any other brand of diapers will be automatically disqualified. Applications & Release Form must be completed & signed by parents/ legal guardians of participants. Limited slots available! First come, first served! Contestants will be judged on originality, use of product, and style.

Huggies Baby Pageant Rules:

1.) Babies that are still using diapers on a daily basis are eligible to participate in the Huggies Baby Pageant. 2.) A participant wearing another brand of diapers besides Huggies will automatically be disqualified from the pageant. 3.) Costumes worn during the event must be made of Huggies brand diapers. Any costume made of any other brand besides Huggies diapers is grounds for disqualification. 4.) Limited amount of slots available. Applicants will be given a slot on a first come, first served basis until all slots are filled. I, (Name of Parent) __________________________________________, being competent and of legal age, in consideration of the engagement of my child, (Name of Participant) _____________________________, as a contestant in the Marianas Pacific Distributors (MARPAC), Inc.s 2012 Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Fair, and Daddies too Huggies Baby Pageant, and for other good and valuable consideration acknowledge as having received; hereby grants the absolute and irrevocable right and permission without remuneration of any kind; with respect to my childs likeness, performance, and participation in its event; hereinafter called 2012 HMHB: a) b) To record/photograph my childs likeness, performance and participation; To copyright the same in its own name or in any other name which it may choose;

c) To telecast the 2012 HMHB Fair of the recording thereof one or more times over any Internet site, station or stations, or to publicize the 2012 HMHB or any portion thereof by any means, for any purpose whatsoever in whole or in part, including (but not by way of limitation), promotion, advertising, trade; and d) To use my childs name in connection therewith if it so chooses.

I acknowledge that MARPAC is and will be the sole owner of all rights in and to the 2012 HMHB Fair and the recording/photography thereof, for all purposes in perpetuity. I hereby assign any copyright rights, publicity rights or any other rights that I may have regarding the 2012 HMHB Fair to MARPAC. I also hereby release MARPAC from any and all claims of any nature whatsoever which I could or might have against the Releases by reason of any fact or matter whatsoever. As the parent(s)/legal guardian(s) of the participant (named below) in the 2012 Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Fair, and Daddies too! Huggies Baby Pageant, I do hereby agree to abide by the rules and requirements, I agree to hold MARPAC and the Multi-Purpose Center, its directors and staff members harmless of any damages or liabilities due to theft, accident or injury during or resulting from my or my childs participation in the Huggies Baby Pageant.
