The s option is for soft-lock. The administrativeState is set to 2 (shutting dow n) which means that the resource will have around 30 seconds grace period to handover traffic t o other resources, before it gets locked. The administrativeState will automatically go over to 0 after the grace period o f around 30 seconds. Without the s option, the resource is locked immediately.
