We invest in our people by offering them training and continuing education opportunities. Manitoba Lotteries encourages employee excellence and celebrates employee achievements. Dimensions in Leadership
Dimensions in Leadership is a four-level development program offered to supervisory and management employees. the program model develops leadership competencies with a strategic focus on Manitoba Lotteries operations.

Enhancing Employee Skills - Career Training & Education


We offer extensive career planning and training programs to cultivate leaders at every level, including: Grade 12 diploma support, career development programs and counselling, english as a second Language training, Beginner Level French 1 & 2, Computer technology training, Management Development, Workplace Coaching and Leadership training, and Mentorships. Financial support is also available to employees and their families who pursue educational opportunities at recognized institutions.

Manitoba Lotteries Dimensions in Leadership program was recognized internationally at the Corporate University Best in Class (CUBiC) awards.

Canadian Gaming Education Forum


in partnership with the University of nevada, reno, Manitoba Lotteries is also host of the Canadian Gaming Education Forum. this forum provides world-class gaming training for our employees and the gaming industry to gain expertise in the field, network with industry professionals and earn credits towards a Gaming Management Certificate from the University of nevada, reno.

Summer Student & Internship Programs


Manitoba Lotteries invests in the next generation by providing 15 to 20 postsecondary students with on-the-job experience in unique, project-oriented summer placement positions each year.

Workforce Diversity

We offer a Diversity training Program for all staff and management. as well, Diversity Week is celebrated annually to promote respect and understanding of others through displays, entertainment and informative presentations.

Language Bank
Manitoba Lotteries Language Bank program aids in overcoming language barriers with employees or guests and helps build a strong foundation for a diversified workforce. the Language Bank consists of 175 employees who collectively speak 38 different languages.

French Language Services (FLS)


the Corporation has embraced the spirit of the French Language services policy of the Government of Manitoba. We have developed and implemented comprehensive guidelines and initiatives to help deliver quality French Language services that are readily available and accessible. Designating bilingual positions, providing bilingual Blackjack at Club regent Casino, and becoming actively involved in events within Manitobas Francophone communities are just some of the initiatives that highlight our commitment.
