Dimensions in Leadership is a four-level development program offered to supervisory and management employees. the program model develops leadership competencies with a strategic focus on Manitoba Lotteries operations.

Workforce Diversity
Understanding and respecting diversity is essential in serving our clients well and attracting dedicated employees. We offer a Diversity training Program for all staff and management. as well, Diversity Week is celebrated annually to promote respect and understanding of others through displays, entertainment and informative presentations.
Program for our commitment to sustainable Aboriginal employment, business development and community support. This represents our second PAR award, furthering our goal of Employment Equity initiatives and diversity in the workplace.

Language Bank
Manitoba Lotteries Language Bank program aids in overcoming language barriers with employees or guests and helps build a strong foundation for a diversified workforce. the Language Bank consists of 175 employees who collectively speak 38 different languages.
