Interpersonal relations
Interpersonal Relations are social associations, connections, or affiliations between two or more people, who may interact overtly, covertly, face to face etc.. Relations may be Powerful, Mild or Poor.

Goal of interpersonal relations


To understand the exact meaning and intent of others. To be understood by others. To gain acceptance for yourself or your ideas or both. To produce action or change.

Need for developing interpersonal relations


It develops and maintains trust and positive feeling in the organization. It influence the employee's productivity Human interactions affect the workers and management morale and motivation Workforce has diversities, need to develop healthy interpersonal relation.
