ERM38 INFRARED RECEIVER MODULE

Description
The ERM38 are miniaturized receivers for infrared remote control systems. PIN diode and preamplifier are assembled on lead frame. The type of epoxy package can filter the visual interference. The demodulated output signal can directly be decoded by a microprocessor.
