3 Mission Statement Maranatha Bible Institute is a non denominational Bible Institute and accepts those students who have a desire to know more about the teachings of Jesus Christ and Gods Word. Maranatha Bible Institutes goal is to prepare and equip men and women to go out into all the world and preach and teach the gospel to everyone who will hear. MBI is an ecclesiastical degree granting school of adult education, endeavoring to teach Gods Word using the Bible as the primary authority and the Holy Spirit as our guide. From the President and Founder
Greetings from our Administration and Staff to all of our perspective students, we welcome you in the marvelous name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. At Maranatha Bible Institute we encourage our students to pray, aim high and stay focused, because we are making a difference one student at a time helping to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. MBIs courses are Bible centered as we believe to be the true and living Word of God. Our purpose is to create an environment where the students will have a desire to study to show themselves approved unto God as a workman rightly dividing the Word of truth. We have structured MBIs educational program for the students to be well able to position themselves to communicate the Gospel to others and to carry the message of wellness in spirit, soul and the body through Jesus Christ our Chief Teacher. Our instructors are ready to share with you what they have learned and they cant wait to see you in our very informative classes where the students are eager to learn. Again, thank you for checking out our brochure about Maranatha Bible Institute in furthering your biblical education. You may contact us at the number or address on this brochure. Be blessed, A Servant of Jesus Christ, Dr. Bishop Lee E. Moore

4 What We Believe: We believe there is only one God eternally existent in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit who is the Creator and Sustainer of the Universe. (Matthew 28:19; Isaiah 48:12, 16-17) We believe that all 66 books of the Holy Bible (and only the Holy Bible) to be the divinely inspired, infallible, and authorative Word of God, profitable for doctrine, rebuke, correction, and instruction in righteousness, able to render the man or woman of God complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16) We believe in both the humanity and deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles atoning death on the cross, and in His bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and immanent personal return in power and glory. (John 14:9; 1 Corinthians 15:1-4; Acts 1:11) We believe that a meaningful and genuine relationship with God is impossible outside of biblical salvation, which is the regeneration by the Holy Spirit that leads to faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and to repentance from sin. (Titus 3:5; 2 Corinthians 7:10; John 8:24) We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the saved unto the resurrection of life and the lost unto the resurrection of damnation. (Daniel 12:2; Revelation 20) We believe it is important to continue the Scriptural practices of the early church. For this reason we embrace the practice of water baptism and the taking of communion as valid rites in the local assembly of Christian believers. While neither of these practices is essential for salvation, they nevertheless serve as a demonstration of genuine faith in Jesus Christ. (1 Peter 3:21; Ephesians 2:8) We believe in the central role of the family in Gods work and plan for this age, and that the institution of marriage (between one man and one woman) is sacred to God. (Genesis 2:24) We believe the Bible was produced under the direction of the Holy Spirit, and is profitable of all doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness. (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21; 1 The4ssalonians 2:13)
