Foremost, Saturday, November 12, 2011 my elderly mother and I went to visit my sister at the above noted Brookhaven facility. We visit about three or four times a week. We have never had any previous problems. After signing in at the desk, this non uniformed man approached my mother and I and demanded that he search our bags. I asked for what reason was the search. He said for food. I explained to him that my mother had no food in her bag and that I had a salad for my sister because she had not eaten the food given her at the facility. I further explained to him that he could call the fifth floor nurses station and verify such.

He said he still had to search my bags. I explained to Mr. Wade that there was no lawful reason for any search and that no other visitors were being searched. I further explained to Mr. Wade that no other visitor is being harassed like this. Most visitors we have observed sign in and get on the elevator period. My family members are being singled out, while other people are not being subjected to lawless search and seizures, like my family has been. Mr. Wade went on to say that he is the boss in charge and the rules have changed as of today, everybody is going to be searched because he is the boss. At this point, I asked Mr. Wade for ID because his power and control behavior was warrantless and hostile. He had no business card exemplifying his alleged security position. He was not in a security uniform and was acting like a power hungry psychotic person. He waved a badge at me that stated support staff supervisor. Mr. Wades title had no mentioning of security. Despite such, he shut down the elevators with other disabled people in it and said he was the boss and he was going to search and seize our property today. He said such in a most hostile, threatening, unprofessional, ready to incite a war demeanor. He put my elderly mothers health at risk by inflicting on her unwarranted anxiety. He put the disabled patients on the elevator at risk. He held them hostage on the elevator because he wanted everyone to know that he thought he was the man in charge. Mr. Wade exemplified behaviors associated with someone in need of unwarranted control over other people. It is my professional opinion that he should not be working near or with vulnerable populations. Additionally, his alignment and relationship with the nursing staff should be investigated. He implied that the nursing staff would fix me. This in and of itself is dangerous, particularly while our loved one is entrusted to the care of

the nursing staff. It is for this reason that I write this letter and will forward such to authorities because this should not have happened. Mr. Wade is using the nursing staff for his personal power and control psychoticness. Mr. Wade had a nurse named Ms. Baylosis approach me. I had met her before and never had a problem. I explained to her that my mother and I have come to visit my sister. That my elderly mother had no food, only personal belongings in her bag and did not want nor see any need for being searched. I told her I had a salad for my sister and that the dietician was aware that my sister was not eating the food from this facility. Nurse Baylosis saw the scene created, including Mr. Wades holding of all the patients as hostage, and released the elevator. Nurse Baylosis thereafter came to my sisters room on behalf of Mr. Wade. I explained to her that my sister and my elderly mother did not need the warrantless anxiety and or harassment. Consequently, we spoke outside the room. Nurse Baylosis said that the dietician clearance/pass was not on file yet. I explained to her that I had no bearing on such. I furthermore explained that the fifth floor nurse could verify that my sister did not eat the facilitys food and that she was rightfully entitled to the salad I bought her. I told Nurse Baylosis that I was most uncomfortable with what happened today and would like to know what is needed to make sure this does not happen again. I explained to her that my sister said the pass or clearance needs to come from the dietician. Consequently, this is a respectful request to make sure the dietician pass is on file with each entity that needs such. My mother and I are unaccustomed to having to deal with reckless and inconsistent security, particularly while visiting a patient. This is not something that should happen again. Please note Nurse Baylosis still created a loophole

for further security problems. She said that even if the dietician orders a pass, security can continue harassing, my family and I, by searching our bags to examine portion size. At this point, I informed Nurse Baylosis, that authorities would be called in if my family members and I are harassed by unwarranted and non probable cause lawless search and seizures particularly without a warrant and particularly when my sisters health condition requires live foods, meaning fresh fruit, vegetables, and salad. I am appealing to the directors to stop this harassment and arbitrary use of security as a means to harass. Above all, the pitting of security against law abiding visitors has to be stopped. Please note I say pitting because Mr. Wade was pitted to incite an altercation. He was not the security officer on duty. He was planted at the front desk upon our arrival. I came back down stairs minutes after the security altercation and a uniformed officer was on duty. Where did Mr. Wade come from? Where did Mr. Wade go after harassing my mother and me? Who ordered this harassment? Was the harassment ordered to pit the nurses against us and put my sisters life in danger? I should not have to consider issues like this, but because of this incident I must. Consequently, for the record if anything miraculous happens to my sister it is directly aligned to Mr. Wades unregulated and covert use of the nursing staff. The above incident should not have occurred. The danger Mr. Wade inflicted on the disabled patients in the elevator and on my elderly mother overrides all of his food security misconceptions.

I understand this is a fat reduction facility but security should not be making the determination of portion size, or who brings food and who does not. Above all, security practices must be aligned with state and federal search, seizure and probable cause laws. This is not happening. In the interest of public safety, peace and rightly due visitation rights without harassment, I respectfully request that Mr. Wade be investigated, his relationship with the nursing division supervised, and that he stay away from my family and I, particularly when other security officers are on duty. Once a pass is secured from the dietician, I seek an end to all lawless search and seizures. In the event, this cannot be done, please let us know so arrangements can be made to be treated in a civilized manner. I regretfully must write this complaint but I have to document this as we seek no further problems or obstacles while visiting this facility. Mr. Wades services were reckless, warrantless, and require supervision. He is a danger to patients and their visitors and he is operating as if he believes he is above the law. His services at this facility in conjunction with his ties to nursing, requires investigation. In closing, Mr. Wade has stepped out of line. My sisters health food needs are none of his business. Once I told him my mother had no food and I had a salad authorized by the fifth floor nurse, the alleged security concerns should have ceased. He is operating as an insecure power and control antagonist. There is no justification for his lack of judgment, unwarranted interference, and patient hostage holding. He was planted at the front desk to do what he did, incite an altercation and enjoin the nursing staff. These actions require documentation.

(NaturalNews) In case you haven't heard, the popular blood thinning drug Heparin was voluntarily recalled by its manufacturer (Baxter) after hundreds of reports surfaced linking the drug to sudden deaths and severe allergic reactions requiring hospitalization. Drug safety investigators have now confirmed "irregularities" in various batches of the drug, meaning that some pills contained more active chemicals than other pills. But the main focus of the story by the U.S. press is the fact that

the primary active ingredient in Heparin is made in a factory in China that has never been inspected by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Furthermore, the chemical is derived from processed pig intestines. Hold the presses. Did the mainstream press really just admit all that? Yep. Now the general public is suddenly aware that China not only produces contaminated, deadly dog food products and toothpaste, but also that it makes dangerous pharmaceuticalingredients that are imported into the United States and sold to consumers as "American" drugs.

The pharmaceutical blockade against American consumers

The fact that these dangerous drug ingredients are made in China and imported into the United States is of particular interest, given that the FDA has long insisted that "drugs from outside the United States are unsafe." This was the whole argument behind the FDA's banning of drugs from Canada and internet pharmacies -- a move that just happened to force Americans to pay monopoly prices for drugs from a controlled, price-fixed U.S. drug wholesale market. But now, as the mainstream media has revealed the disturbing fact that pharmaceutical ingredients are sourced not merely from outside the United States, but from China -- the undisputed world leader in contaminated products -- it is becoming apparent to everyone that the FDA's blockade against the importation of finished drugs (but not their ingredients) is merely a protectionist racket put in place to guarantee monopoly profits for Big Pharma. Consumer safety, it seems, has nothing to do with the FDA's insistence that Americans be denied free trade access to imported pharmaceuticals. How do I know safety has nothing to do with it? Because the FDA hasn't even inspected 93% of the factories located around the world that manufacture these chemical ingredientsused in pharmaceuticals. So despite the FDA's insistence that it practices the "gold standard" of drug safety in the United States, the reality is that nine out of ten factories making ingredients for FDA-approved pharmaceuticals have never been inspected or approved by the FDA! These numbers don't exactly inspire confidence in the safety of FDA-approved drugs, do they? In other words, the FDA is openly allowing drug companies to buy contaminated chemical ingredients from questionable factories in Puerto Rico, Brazil, China and

other countries, then to mark up those ingredients by as much as 569,000% over cost and sell them directly to the public under a monopoly-controlled price fixing system enforced by the FDA itself! So in exchange for the "privilege" of paying the highest prices in the world for pharmaceuticals, Americans are also treated to the lowest-quality ingredients found anywhere in the world -- the same cut-rate ingredients sold in bulk to poor countries where generic drugs are manufactured and sold at a fraction of the price paid by American consumers. Starting to get the picture here? I think some Americans may not mind paying the highest prices in the world for pharmaceuticals, but only if they know those drugs meet stringent safety standards and are manufactured under the best quality controls in the world. But finding out that paying the highest prices in the world only gets you the lowest-quality cheap chemical ingredients made in China might cause a few people to be more than a bit perturbed. Quality control, it seems, takes a lower priority than price controls. As this Heparin fiasco clearly demonstrates, the FDA has given its stamp of approval to pharmaceuticals made in the same caliber of factories that contaminated dog food with melamine and killed countless dogs last year. And if this is true, it should make any intelligent person wonder, "What does FDA approval really mean anyway?" Think about it: If the FDA's stamp of approval doesn't mean the factories were inspected, or that the bulk ingredients were inspected, or that the drugs were batch tested before being released to the publi, then what exactly does the FDA's approval really mean at all? Big Pharma is subjected to lower quality requirements than nutritional supplement companies
Another fascinating point here is that the FDA now requires nutritional supplement manufacturers to adhere to far more stringent quality controls than those required forpharmaceutical companies. Herbal supplement and nutritional supplement companies, for example, now have to subject all of their raw materials to batch testing for contaminants, and they have to keep those records on file for future auditing purposes. There is absolutely no FDA-enforced requirement that this be conducted by pharmaceutical companies, meaning that they can simply import whatever (cheap) contaminated chemicals they can buy on the world market, pump

them into pills, slap a brand-name logo on the box and sell them to the public at markups so high they should be illegal. So while the FDA has placed a huge safety testing and administration burden on nutritional supplement companies, it has given Big Pharma a free pass to skip all those safety requirements. Given that most of the clinical trials testing conducted by Big Pharma are also fraudulent from the very start, it really starts to bring home the truth about how criminal the Big Pharma / FDA operation really is. Here's the recipe for Big Pharma working with the FDA: Deadly chemicals, Zero genuine safety standards, Zero good science, Zero restrictions on direct-to-consumer advertising and Zero restrictions on how such drugs can be prescribed. If you question that last sentence, do your homework. Remember: The FDA doesn't even have to review or approve television ads for drugs before they run, meaning that drug companies can insert virtually any exaggerated claims they wish into those ads, and the FDA can do nothing to stop them from running until after they air. The "zero restrictions on how such drugs can be prescribed" comment refers to off-label prescribing, of course -- an open system of prescribing drugs for conditions they were absolutely never tested for. The FDA openly approves of this practice. That's a position that essentially nullifies the entire "scientific" foundation of the entire organization!
