August 21, 2012 Dear Shareholders, Let me begin by thanking you for investing in our company. Also, I want to mention that this will be one of the many shareholder updates I will be sending you as we pursue our goals as set forth in the Companys business plan. We value our shareholders and always appreciate your support and suggestions. Evidence of this was the 5% stock dividend paid to you on August 6, 2012. By now every shareholder should have received the dividend. If not, please contact our Transfer Agent at 801-363-9065. In this difficult, and, unpredictable economy, we have restructured several divisions and product lines. Over the past months, we were required to address many regulatory issues in order to sell our agriculture, livestock and capsuled products. In order to comply with the many State and Federal regulations, our products have gone through extensive testing, and, we have provided proof that they meet the safety standards set by those regulatory authorities. I am pleased to announce that 100% of our products have proven to be in full compliance with all regulatory requirements. We mentioned in our recently filed 8-K, that Paul Hait has stepped down as CEO, but Mr. Hait will remain just as active in the daily growth of the company as Chairman of the Board. The Company continues to operate efficiently with our executive team overseeing every aspect of our business. Pauls contributions to our Company have been tremendous and he continues to bring forth ideas an helpful suggestions. I want to thank him on behalf of everyone at US-REM and you, our shareholders, for his recent contribution by authoring his white paper, Global Restoration Agriculture. Please read it on our website. I also want to announce that we are no longer a development stage company! We are now in Launch Mode! With that being said, I cannot help but express the excitement we all have in getting our Excelerite products out worldwide. US-REM is also a DEBT FREE company with zero liabilities on our balance sheet! Our next 10-Q will reflect these changes. On February 9, 2012 we announced the spin off of Bio Multimin Inc. We realize that some of you have expressed concern about the spin off but your patience will soon be rewarded. The good news is, our search for suitable Officers and Directors is winding down. We will announce the new Officers, Directors and the spin off details in upcoming press releases. Other good news is that we are experiencing a dramatic increase in demand for our Micro Excelerite human consumption and cosmetic products. As I mentioned before, during the first half of 2012, we restructured and worked hard in pursuit of consistent, profitable and long-term growth. During that period, we concentrated our efforts toward the development of effective merchandising, creating and compelling marketing material and obtaining approval of our labels by the regulators. Forty-one states have approved registrations and permit us to sell our products. We continue to work diligently toward the finalization of several international contracts and attracting new distributors across the USA. I am confident, that the growth of this company will exceed all expectations. We are on track to achieve our long-term financial goals. In April, we announced a 200% increase in sales in the first quarter. We continue to serve our customers in pursuit of revenue and are on target for record sales through the remainder of the year. We are focused on the

fundamentals necessary to build a stable marketing platform in order to drive revenue and earnings growth for years to come. Additionally, we focused on a new product line that now allows us to enter the retail and Internet markets with Excelerite in 2,10 and 25 pound bags, redesigned with new colors and labels. We made this happen by establishing relationships with a bagging facility, fulfillment warehouse center and an Internet marketing company. The owners of the Internet marketing company are from the original Facebook and Google teams. They have the know how to promote us and drive thousands of customers to our website. Everything is now in place to make US-REM and Excelerite a worldwide brand name. Over the long term, the Companys revenue should show steady growth with the combination of these marketing efforts and provide a consistent cash flow. Excelerite is featured on Amazon.com and sales are brisk. Amazon placed three additional orders within two weeks of their first order. These are not consignment orders either! Amazon sends a check with each purchase order! Excelerite is now into the retail market featured in Ace Hardware and numerous nurseries throughout the North West. Excelerite will soon be sold as a compost blending product both nationally and internationally. This will be facilitated through our alliance with EcoScraps, Inc. Excelerite is being used as an additive in their compost mix being sold to Costco, Home Depot, Wal Mart and Safeway stores. In closing I want to say that we are working hard to reward our shareholders for their patience and understanding during these trying economic times.
