from being a TEDx partner?

The organisers of TEDxLaceMarket are looking for local businesses whod like to partner the event, which is being held at Nottingham Contemporary on Saturday 24 November. Partnering with TEDxLaceMarket means youll benet from promoting your brand to an audience of local consumers as well as networking with high calibre guest speakers and event organisers. TEDxLaceMarket will see 100 local people getting together to enjoy a day of speeches videos, games and activities on the theme of families and how we could live together better. Its set to be an exciting and challenging day, with guest speakers including the chair of the UK CoHousing Network, recent nottingham wide WEYA festival organiser, the owner and director from family-run business LucyLocket, social enterprise Secret Kitchen innovator and the renowned American author, speaker and entrepreneur, C.C. Chapman. Like all TEDx events, TEDxLaceMarket is non prot-making and the guest speakers who are visiting Nottingham from all over the world to give a global perspective to the family theme wont be paid. However, their travel, accommodation and other expenses will be covered by monies being donated by event partners. And thats where local businesses come in. Event organiser Marios Perrakis explains: We already have our main sponsors in place (Capital One, Excel Group and IO MartHosting) and now, were looking for independent local businesses especially those based in the Lace Market to partner with us on a smaller scale. That could be shops, bars, cafes or restaurants. There is a lot of serviced offices in the area we want businesses within them to get involved. It doesnt have to cost much to be a TEDxLaceMarket partner. From just 50, you can put your promotional items like leaets, discount vouchers or pens into the audience goodies bags.

But why not contribute a little more and take advantage of becoming a Speaker Champion? Youll be introduced to your championed speaker at a VIP Evening Reception on Friday 23 November and also join the speakers and organisers for a VIP lunch during the TEDx event itself. The Reception will be hosted by The LaceHouse and our Lace Market Ambassador for the evening, Mark Shaw (LiquidAgencys President) will welcome the TEDx family to the Lace Market setting the events theme in motion. Partnering with TEDxLaceMarket really is a unique opportunity for local businesses, says Mark. Its a perfect time to hold a TEDx event in Nottinghams Lace Market with the recent news of the area being part of the Creative Quarter city investment. By getting involved now, youre not just donating money to a one-off event. Youll become part of the global TEDx community and the TEDxLaceMarket family plus enjoy long term benets from its ethos of Ideas Worth Spreading. TEDxLaceMarket offers a range of partnership opportunities, including three VIP Partnership Packages. Whichever you choose, you can be sure your money will be put into the areas of the event that will most benet you and your business.
