UBL Net Banking is an Internet Banking portal offering a simple, convenient and
secure method of accessing bank accounts on the Internet. It's never been so easy to
access and manage your finances in a secure, real-time, online environment;
Anywhere,Anytime.
Using UBL Net Banking, the customers have access to their bank accounts 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week and can keep a close eye on their account balances, print account
statements, pay bills, transfer funds, track purchases and schedule their recurring
payments at the touch of a button and much more.

Net Banking is the first Net Banking service in Pakistan to give you the power to send

can either send money to another UBL customer through Account-To-Account
transfer, or get a Tez Raftaar cheque delivered at payee’s doorstep just within 48 hours
anywhere in Pakistan.

Real-Time Account Balance & Summary
Net Banking offers easy, 24-hour access to the account information. The customers
can see an overview of the listed accounts in a summarize form with the available
account balance. Using Net Banking, the customer can also keep an eye on their cash
flows, transactions and check their balances before paying their bills or scheduling a
transfer.
Manage Multiple Accounts
Using Net Banking, the customers can manage more than one account. All accounts
are linked, which enables them to perform fund transfers and set auto transfers
between these accounts.
Pay your Bills online
Pay Bills online to a growing list of billers. Net Banking offer the convenience to pay
PTCL, Mobilink Indigo, Paktel & Instaphone Bills online. Customers can make
instant payments or schedule their recurring payments on monthly or weekly basis.
The payment can be made from any of the listed customer account.
Transfer Funds between your accounts
Customers can make instant transfers within their portfolio accounts. Having details
of Debit & Credit accounts with amount to be transferred, the customer can instruct
payments as per his own convenience. All transactions that are either rejected or are
still in processing are displayed in the Pending/Rejected transactions.
Schedule your Recurring or one-off Payments
Customers can schedule monthly, weekly, annual and time-factor based payments
through Net Banking . The customer is only required to select the debit and credit
accounts, specify funds and define the fund transfer frequency. The Auto Transfer
Instructions can be deleted and modified by the customer as per his convenience.
View Account Statements
Customers have the option of specifying a date range to view the account statements.
The Customers can also print, email and analyze the statement in a graphical chart.

Customers can set alerts to track movements in the listed accounts. The customer can
assign a target for alerts. Alerts can be of the following types.

1. To deposit, fill out Orion's deposit slip at the branch, entering your full name and
mobile number registered with Orion.
2. Present your deposit slip to the teller and deposit your cash.
Note: Loading from a branch can take up to a business day.

You can also withdraw money from your Orion account and collect it at a UBL
branch. This facility is available at online UBL branches. Contact your nearest online

Process:
1. Use the Unload SMS command with the correct branch code.
2. Authorize the payment in a confirmation call.
3. You will receive a 5 digit reference number on the confirmation SMS received
when your transaction is successfully completed.
4. When you go to collect your cash from the specified branch, fill out Orion's
payment slip. Enter on the payment slip, the 5 digit reference number, transaction
amount and your computerized NIC.
5. Present your payment slip to the teller and collect your cash.
o Check balance and limits
One of the risk management features of Orion is its balance and transaction limits.
This means that there is a limit to the amount of balance an Orion account can hold as
well as transaction limits. As you transact, your limits are used up.
To find out your available limits at any given time, use the “Bal” SMS command and
view your balance and daily, monthly credit and debit limits. There is no confirmation
call for this command. You will simply receive your bill details in an SMS.
