Scope of Dissertation: Preformulation studies including characterization of API and Excipients. Analytical method development (UV method as per ICH guideline) Use Factorial Design (Design of experiment / DOE) in formulation of proniosomal gel. Optimization and Evaluation of proniosomal gel for transdermal route. Development reservoir type transdermal device. Statistical evaluation of data with help of design expert software (Quality by design).
