EXPERIENCE Implemented the new Financial Aid Office website in Wordpress throughout the
process including creating the initial test site, creating new pages, designing a new
menu, and updating content.
Created Cost of Attendance (biennial) and Customer Satisfaction (annual) surveys
using Qualtrics and correlated and analyzed the resulting data.
Reviewed and processed changes to student financial aid based off information in
Banner Student and Nolij as well as federal and state systems. Applied federal,
state, and institutional procedures and regulations to daily processes.
Provided financial aid information to student, parents, and university colleagues
by phone, by email, and in person.
Completed other special projects including serving on a Search Committee for the
Students First Office, creating customized packets for students attending
Destination UNCG, assisting in coordinating the move to a new building.

Scheduled appointments and processed paperwork for advisors regarding
academic appeals, financial aid appeals, and course overload requests.
Advised exploratory students in group sessions at SOAR assisting with course

Evaluated ability of courses to meet needs of students through analysis of syllabi
against professional standards and feedback.
Assessed Student Learning Objectives in regards to accreditation standards and
used findings to propose changes to the program curriculum.
Recommended that the final Capstone be required to be online due to the
increasingly digital nature of the field. This change has since been enacted.
