to COMMUNICATE Gods Truth and to PARTNER with others who do, with the goal in mind of seeing people come to KNOW Jesus, to GROW to be more like Jesus, and to GO serve Jesus.

Through Preaching/Speaking in various settings, in a clear, understandable way that God can use to bring about heart and life change o Possible Settings Include: Church Services, Chapel Services, Events, Conferences, Training Sessions, Revivals, Retreats, Camps, Campus Ministries, Colleges, Athletic Ministries, Family Ministries, Etc.

PARTNERHow?
By bringing the desire and ability to communicate Gods Word into short-term and long-term connections with churches, ministries and organizations where we sense God is forging a connection and where we could be of help Specific examples of how this could possibly happen include: Preaching/Speaking on an ongoing basis for a particular church, ministry or organization

Serving in a Teaching Pastor/Support Staff Role in a local church or ministry o Teaching Pastor Someone who comes in and preaches/speaks periodically and invests in the life of the church or ministry in other ways that may fit with his gifts and availability, while still giving him the flexibility to travel and preach/speak

Giving pastors and lead communicators much-needed time off from preaching and speaking by serving as their fill-in communicator for one service/event or multiple services/events

Providing resources for individuals, churches, ministries and organizations to use and being available to lead/facilitate the use of these resources for small and large groups o o Writing devotional material and study material that can be used separately or in conjunction with an event where we are speaking and serving Facilitating DVD-driven or book-based small and large group studies

PRAYER REQUESTS As we take this step of faith to place our primary ministry focus on the ministry vision God has placed on our hearts, here are some specific things you can help us pray about: How can you pray for our family? Please pray 1) That the Name of Jesus would be held high and honored and glorified in all that we undertake to dothat its His Name, and not our name, that ultimately gets pointed to and lifted up. 2) That the Lord would provide a place for us to live and the provisions for us to live on. 3) That the Lord would help our kids and family during this transition. 4) That God would bring about the right partnerships, connections and opportunities with churches, ministries and organizations that have a need that we can help meet. 5) That God would bring us into connection with individuals, families, churches and organizations that have the resources and the desire to invest in what Hes calling us to do. 6) That we will not cower back or shrink back in fear but continue to go forward to take the steps of faith that Hes calling us to take.

We are praying
1) That they would see what we are doing as simply the same thing that God calls all of

us to dolisten to the Lord and do what He says.

2) That they would continue to take the steps of faith God calls them to take.

3) That God would provide the right future pastoral leadership.

4) That their best, most impactful ministry days would be ahead of them. 5) That they would continue to discover what it is to walk in a personal, powerful

relationship with God, made possible only through His Son Jesus, and that they would never settle for simply going through the motions of religious rituals and routines.
6) That they would see us as simply another family being sent out and supported by

them as we pursue this mission and ministry that God is calling us to pursue.
