he company was founded in Barcelona in 2005 and has established itself as one of the foremost international real estate companies in Spain. As well as our main Barcelona office we also have offices in the Costa Brava, Ibiza and Palma de Mallorca. Stijn has been living in Spain since 2002. In 2005 he founded Lucas Fox with his English business partner. He is a Dutch lawyer and is specialist in high value commercial and residential property transactions in Spain and the Balearics and works with a client base of private and corporate clients. Alex has been living in Barcelona since 2005 when he founded Lucas Fox. He is an English lawyer and worked for large city law firms in London, England prior to relocating to Spain. Sabina is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). She has worked in the sector for more than 12 years and is specialized in commercial properties and valuation. She has worked for large companies such as Christies & Co, Grupo Ferran and La Caixa. Sabina speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish and Catalan.
