GTS GROUP SOLUTIONS Ltd was incorporated in 13TH September 2011. It is a conglomerate group of companies that has its head quarters in Dar es Salaam City (Tanzania). It operates from Msasani, plot no. 32 behind Shoppers plaza, Kinondoni, old bagamoyo road. Our Main Business We offer a very wide range of services and products that gives solutions to your business needs. We supply goods like stationeries, computer accessories, printers, laptops. We also supply services: cleaning services, IT solutions, logistics, General office solutions like relocations and office set-up, and business consultancy. We are as well involved in real estate, industrial solutions and Agribusiness. Directors, Staff, agents shall not offer or facilitate, directly or indirectly any improper inducement or reward to any public officer, government agents, consultants their relations or business associations in connection with any Bid or its subsequent performance of any contract one it is successful. 3. All Directors, Staff, Sub-Contractor or agents shall comply with the directives in clause (1) and (2) above. a. If any director or the company in the course of their duty found not to comply with the aforementioned clauses, the company will take stern measures against him/her, which includes forfeiting all shares and open bribery case in court of law. b.
