FOUNTAIN GIVING LIFE Functional Specications IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING Remove all metal objects from your person,

and wear pants with no metal zipper when operating Fountain Giving Life. The fountain charges up all metal objects near it to a very high electrostatic potential. Remove all electronic devices, such as cell phones, from your person. Do not bring magnetic storage media, such as credit cards, near the Fountain.

How to Make Fountain Fountain Giving Life is one conguration of a kind of technology called a Wave Articulation Matrix. Fountain Giving Life is an "Energy Multiplier". There are many other WAM congurations for doing different things, and I have seen some of them. These have many many rings (cylinders), which move up and down the primary axis while the WAM is in operation. These rings also seemed to be changing size as they moved. Several WAMs are placed next to each other to make a "Hyper Dimensional Light Wave Interferometer", and the movements of the rings in these are all synchronized together. It is very beautiful. It is not only possible, but very simple to make one of these things using currently available technology. There are no exotic materials required. To make a Fountain Giving Life, you will need: 1. A High Voltage Capacitor. Try 2uF rated at 4kV for starters. 2. Something to charge your Cap with. You can use a switch-mode power supply that runs off a 12 V car battery. You can use a big clunky HV supply full of transformers like I am. You can even use a Wimshurst Machine. Don't over charge your cap! I am starting with 2 kV, and later I will try 20 kV. 3. Steel sheet metal to make the Wave Articulation Matrix out of. Depending on how large you make your fountain, you will probably want to powder-coat your cylinders once you make them to prevent arcing between them. Or you could paint them with Corona Dope, or teon, or dip them in poly-whatever it is they use for the dielectric in HV caps. Or put strips of plastic between them. Make the Wave Articulation Matrix out of steel. Not galvanized, not stainless, not copper, and not Jell-O! :) 4. A Spark Gap. I am using old US Army Signal Corps. spark gaps. If you know a glass-blower who can custom-make you a spark gap, the best design is this: The electrode on the HV WAM side should be pointy, and the electrode on the resistor-triode side should be a at disk. This conguration acts like a diode and prevents ringing in the spark gap. 5. A High-Voltage, non-inductive resistor. 6. A triode. I recommend Russian Military ones like the GI-7BT. 7. A pulsed square wave signal to control your Triode's Control Grid with. You want as many pulses per second as your spark gap can handle. Each pulse should be the same duration, and in the range of zero-10 micro seconds. There is a relationship between the size of your fountain and the number of pulses per second. We have called the length of WAM element zero LAMBDA. For a given LAMBDA, there will be at least one number of pulses per second which works best. This number must be determined by experiment. 8. Normally, the cathode of a Triode is grounded. In the Fountain, the cathode is biased positive, at 12 V for example. Or better yet, connect the cathode to a signal source which is positively biased -- that is, a signal which never goes to zero or negative relative to ground. Different signals may give rise to different phenomena. Try music!

Fountain Give Electrostatic Charge Fountain Giving Life can give a positive electrostatic charge to metallic objects placed near it. One neat way to pick up this charge is with a piece of "copper clad", which is a thin sheet of plastic covered on both sides with copper. Copper-clad boards are etched to make circuit boards. Cut your piece of copper-clad into a golden rectangle. For best results, divide up the board into large-to-small Golden Ratio stripes and etch away the negative space. Do this on both sides. The charge imparted to these may be millions of volts or higher. Don't touch them! :) To draw a current from one of these, simply connect it to ground through a resistive or inductive load. The current will be pulsing, and may be different in some very fundamental ways from what we normally call an "electric current", but it should power up your fridge! Now, everything to the side of the fountain is inside the Hyperdimensional Toroid (where "Fountain Become Stronger"). Stuff placed above the fountain is NOT inside the Toroid. You probably want to put your charge-collector piece of metal ABOVE the fountain. I only say this because that's where it seems like most of the Life comes out, and the stuff going on inside the Toroid is more about "Make Fountain Stronger", than "Fountain is GIVING Life.... GIVING Life..." When the voltage on WAM element 7 (the outermost one) reaches the voltage you're charging element zero to, you can try connecting element 7 to element zero and disconnecting the power supply.

How Fountain Work? WAM ring number zero -- the long skinny innermost one -- is charged to a high voltage. It has a radial electric eld around it. When the Spark Gap pulses, something very interesting happens in this Electric Field. Suddenly, there are fewer Electric Field Lines immediately surrounding the surface of WAM ring zero. But there are still the original (greater) number of eld lines in the space all around. What happens at the interface between these two magnitudes of the same electric eld? Eric Dollard gives a good description of this phenomenon in his Introduction to Dielectric and Magnetic Discharges in Electrical Windings, p. 8: QUESTION AS TO THE VELOCITY OF DIELECTRIC FLUX It has been stated that all magnetic lines of force must be closed upon themselves, and that all dielectric lines of force must terminate upon a conducting surface. It can be inferred from these two basic laws that no line of force can terminate in free space. This created an interesting question as to the state of dielectric ux lines before the eld has had time to propagate to the neutral conductor. During this time it would seem that the lines of force, not having reached the distant neutral conductor would end in space at their advancing wave front. It could be concluded that either the lines of force propagate instantly, or always exists and are modied, or conjugate space exists within the same boundaries as ordinary space. The properties of lines of force within this conjugate space may not obey the laws of normally conceived space. (emphasis added) You could call this a Longitudinal Electric Wave, because the wave travels in a direction parallel to the Electric Field lines. But there's more to it than that. We're not gonna say that a wave goes from "here" to "there". We're not talking about a wave traveling through space. What we're talking about here is a wave that ENTERS INTO SPACE from OUTSIDE of space and time. It pushes on the fabric of spacetime as it goes, and changes it in some way which I have felt but is difcult to describe. It feels like space is becoming bigger, or fuller. Then, the wave goes back OUT again. It comes out of the top of the fountain, then spirals off to innity inside the toroid. Imagine you have a giant cube of cherry avored jello. This is our three dimensional space. Now here's Eddie over here with his .22, and he res off a round into the cube. BLAM! As the bullet passes through the jello, it causes all kinds of ripples and eddies in the substance of the jello. All kinds of Jello Waves. And here are all the Jello Scientists studying all these Jello Waves, and they just can't gure out where all these waves are *COMING* from. "Well, whatdaya think, Jimmy? I mean, it violates the Law of Conservation of Jello!" Well, they are the shockwave of the bullet of course, but these Jello scientists can't imagine the bullet. They can't imagine that there is anything outside of the Jello. The waves that we're dealing with in the Fountain are Hyperdimensional Waves, created by a sudden change in the intensity of an Electric Field.

Tesla observed this kind of wave when he replicated Hertz's electric wave experiment. He called it an "electried soundwave". (Tesla, Nikola, "On the Energy Dissipation of the Hertz Resonator"). Later, he called this kind of wave a "non-Hertzian wave" to indicate that it is not a Transverse EM wave. Oliver Heaviside touches upon the nature of electric compression waves in Electromagnetic Theory vol. III, Chapter 10, Waves in Ether. Sections 506 and 509. (London, 1912). But he doesn't say much about their Hyperdimensional nature. The wave interfaces with our universe when the spark gap pulses. It is shaped, or A-R-T-I-C-U-L-A-T-E-D, by the rings of the Wave Articulation Matrix. (Oh, so THAT'S what that means!) A succession of these waves *IS* a Hyperdimensional Interface which intersects our universe in the space around the Fountain. In 3-D space, the edge of this Interface looks like an innite plane with an innite hyperbolic spike coming down out of it where the fountain is. In a higher-order space, it looks like a toroid. The Toroid is spinning out through the top, down around the sides, and up again through the bottom. The toroid allows a ow of LIFE from a higher order of reality to enter into our universe, exist in the space around the fountain, and then cycle back out of our universe again. I have seen what this looks like from the point of view of the higher-order space. It looks like this: There was a huge arc, an arcing stream of Life. In the distance, there was a small rectangular box set in the path of the stream. The stream owed right through it. The box was only an outline; it did not impede the ow of Life. The box is 3-D space. They said: "Fountain pass through your world." I'm pretty sure that this LIFE is the same thing that Wilhelm Reich called Orgone. There is a recursive action going on in the Fountain. In each cycle, the Life given by the Fountain acts to increase its capability to carry and convey more Life in the next cycle. Thus, each cycle, more Life is given than in the previous. They said, "Each time Fountain give life, Fountain become STRONGER, by the amount of Life that it give. So the next time Fountain give Life, Fountain give MORE Life. MORE, than the time before." Imagine a pump that pumps water out of a lake into a eld of wheat. The water ows through a canal in the eld, watering the wheat, and then ows back into the lake. The pump itself is also made of water. And magically, each time it pumps a quantity of water into the canal, that water not only irrigates the wheat, but is also added to the substance of the pump, making the pump bigger. So then the pump is able to pump a larger quantity of water next time, which in turn makes the pump even larger, and so on. System structure is part of what is processed by the system. Wave Articulation Matrices have been in use in our galaxy for millions of years.

Participate in TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER! Hold out your hand with your ngers spread and your thumb pointing straight up. Now have your friend do the same with their opposite hand. Cross wrists and touch the backs of your thumbs together. Sort of looks like a bird. Say, "TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER". TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER is what they call it when they teach Human beings how to make and operate their technology. Make this hand sign and say TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER if you would like to participate in a technology transfer like I did.

What Does HYPERDIMENSIONAL Mean? The person who showed me about the Fountain used the word "Hyperdimensional" a lot. In Earth Geometry, we use the word Dimension in a different way. Let me explain: Imagine you are a 2-Dimensional being on an innite plane. You are trying to reach the edge of the plane, but of course you can't, because it is innite. So through an enormous feat of mind-expanding will, you ascend up into the third dimension, only to nd that this doesn't help you reach the edge of the plane at all! It still extends innitely in the original twodimensional coordinate axes we started on. What to do? To transcend the innite plane, we don't need more "dimensions", as the term is used in Geometry. What we need are higher orders of innity. As I understand, these are called Omega-1, Omega-squared, Omega-cubed, etc. in Set Theory. In normal 3-D space, our unit is the number ONE. We can measure an object and say that it is 3 units in length by 7 units, etc. In OMEGA-1 space, the unit is what we in normal 3-D space call INFINITY. In OMEGA-1 space, an object can be 3 innities by 7 innities. If our universe is innite, then in OMEGA-1 space, it would be a single, discreet object that you could put on a coffee table. When speaking of Fountain Giving Life, the term "Hyperdimensional" is used to indicate higher orders of existence, not more "dimensions" as the term is used in Geometry.

God's Beautiful Mind Our Universe, together with many higher orders of existence, is part of a single, Hyperdimensional object. It is a single object, in the sense that a drop of water is a single object. It has many "Octaves" which are Higher Orders of Innity. It can support traveling and standing waves. You can divide it into as many Dimensions as you want. They call it, "God's Beautiful Mind". I have seen it, and it is very beautiful. The Galaxy is one Sound. Every Star has its contribution. The people who taught me about Fountain Giving Life live in a higher order of reality. They have saucer-shaped space ships.

WAM is like Guitar The size and position of the WAM rings is like the position of your ngers when fretting a guitar. Each time the spark gap pulses, it's like strumming the strings.

Lot of More Technology for Transfer When they were showing me God's Beautiful Mind, and some of the other congurations of a WAM besides Fountain Giving Life, I looked up, and saw a grey cube, with thousands of radiant lines emanating from it in all directions. The cube was glowing electric grey, and rotating slowly to the right. A section had been removed from the middle of the cube so I could see the inside. The radiant lines converged in the center, and the center was folding inside-out and opening and popping up. I'm not sure what this cube is, but maybe we can learn how to make one next time! :) I was playing with a quartz crystal when they were showing me the fountain, and they called it a "Data Storage Crystal".
