PLEASE BE SEATED NLT 0750.

Ground Interviews: Interviews will be held at the Officers Club (OClub), Bldg 1401,
Rooms DIV, MLG, and 5th ELEMENT on McHugh Blvd next to the BOQ. Appointments will start at 0930, 5 November 2012 following the ALL Officers Brief. Officers can enter the building through the Follow-Me-Bar entrance or the hatch to the right of the Follow-Me-Bar. All Officers need to check in 10 minutes before scheduled appointment to ensure you are seen at your appointed time. AVIATION OFFICERS: Aviation Officers stationed aboard Camp Lejeune with have to contact Mrs. Lynn Scott at New River (449-5469) or GS-11 Gary Thompson (DSN 582-4054) at Cherry Point for monitor appointments. lynn.scott@usmc.mil or gary.l.thompson1@usmc.mil. SOI OFFICERS: All Officers stationed at SOI can attend the All Officers Brief scheduled at MCAS New River Officers Club at 0800, on 5 November 2012 instead of attending the briefs at the Base Theater.

Next, click on Sites Copy the link for the MCVS site from above, and paste it into the first box under Add this website to the zone and click add Once it appears in the box under Websites, click close Click apply if it is an option, otherwise click ok Close all open web pages and click the MCVS link from above When prompted for your certificate, select the one with E-Mail in it 1) Select book an appointment on the right hand side of the screen. If you do not already have a profile you will now be prompted to create one. If you do not receive a pop up stating to create a profile please skip to step 6. 2) If prompted to create a profile, select OK 3) Enter the required information into all the available fields 4) Click submit/update 5) Once your profile has been completed, you will now be directed to make an appointment 6) To make an appointment, select your monitor from the drop down list 7) Select your desired date from the calendar with green highlighted dates. 8) Select your desired time from the list of available times. Please ensure you select the next available time to reduce monitor downtime between appointments. 9) CO Grade officers must print out the Brief Sheet when prompted after making your appointment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Request officers front load the appointment schedule, i.e. try to fill up the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th ect. in order to preclude monitor down time. Additionally, if an officer is not a potential mover, he/she should not schedule an appointment. COMMANDS/SECTIONS/OFFICERS STILL ON LEGACY COMPUTERS: The system being used to make appointments requires a CAC Card, CAC reader, and a @usmc.mil e-mail account. If youre still on legacy and have not been rolled over to NMCI, you cannot make an appointment. However, the scheduling POCs listed above have the capability of making an appointment for these Officers. Monitors request that Company Grade Officer interviewees fill out and bring to the individual interview the Company Grade Officer interview sheet. This interview sheet can also be printed out of the new appointment system once you have booked an appointment. All Officers (O1 O3) that book an appointment in the new system will be prompted to print the interview sheet.
