FACTORS!!!! The first factor is physical factor.

The physical factors mostly about the physical

arrangement in the classroom including pupils seating arrangement, classroom lay-out plan, decoration and other facilities such as blackboard, chair, table, dustbin and so on. According to Marlyn, M (1975) the physical impression if the classroom can be an ally or enemy in teaching: its arrangement can contribute to the control, the learning, the relationships, and the pleasure of working together. For the physical environment, it is important to promote proper learning and organization for the teaching learning process is vital because its influenced teaching process to the pupils. Seating arrangement is important because when the activity is held, pupils can easily move around and the activity moving smoothly. Another facility is notice board. Notice board in the classroom should be up-to-date and relevance it will also affect effective classroom management. Classroom management is important

because when the teaching process is occurred, teacher needs 100% towards pupils so that pupils can gain all the knowledge and classroom management is one of the factors that should be concerned. Classroom management can be explained as a process to establish and maintain a conducive learning and climate for teaching and learning to attain its educational objectives. For the second factor is the social factor. These social factors include school rules and regulation, as well in society in the classroom. Society in classroom is important for the pupils so that they can create a peer group and clique-structure among pupils. According to Fontana, D (1985), identifies some of the individual differences that influence classroom management. These individual differences are categorized into four, namely, age-related differences, abilityrelated differences, sex-related differences, socio-economic related differences and culturally differences. For the social factor, I will focus more on age-related differences and ability-related differences. Students demands and expectation of their teacher normally vary from childhood to adolescence. Students demands increases and are more critical and readier to blame their teacher for their own mistake as they get older. According to Fontana, motivation for learning differ markedly from intelligent students to low ability students. Students of different ability differ in demands upon their teachers in terms of personal as well as professional qualities. For the third factor is emotional factor. Emotional factors basically concern with different leadership styles of teachers such as democratic, autocratic and laisses-

faire styles normally practice in classroom. It is important for a teacher promoting good discipline. A good teacher can prepare materials to ensure differentiation within tasks for pupils of different abilities. Variation of the pace of a lesson is to keep interest and momentum of the learning process. A good learning process never makes his students loss interest in their studies. METHOD As a teacher, there are four method that how teacher should encourage their pupils to interact and relate to others. The classroom social environment is an important educational context that is related to a wide range pupil learning-related behavior. Teacher should focus on four method of the classroom social environment, namely: teacher support, promoting mutual respect, promoting student task-related interaction and promoting performance goal. School doesnt only involve academics, schools and classroom are inherently social places and pupils go about their work in the presence of many peers. As a teacher, a teacher must attend to their relationships with others school and ways that the environment promotes different types of social interaction and relationships. Teacher support refers to pupils beliefs that their teachers care about them and value and establish personal relationship with them. Researchers have found positive associations between perceptions of teacher support and pupils; adaptive motivational beliefs and engagement behaviors. For example, when students view their teacher as supportive they report higher levels of interest, valuing, effort and enjoyment in their schoolwork, a more positive academic self concept and greater success. Teacher as supportive is also related positively to asking for help with their school work when needed, use of self-regulated learning strategies and a desire to comply with classroom rules. Teachers fill a complex set of roles, which vary from one society to another and from one educational level to another.

Next, promoting mutual respect is important between teacher and pupils. This is because a focus on mutual respect in the classroom involves apperception that the teacher expects all students to value one another and the contributions they make to classroom life, and will not allow students to make fun of others. Environments that are perceived as respectful are likely to be ones in which students can focus on

understanding tasks, without having their attention diverted by concern about what others might think or say if they are incorrect or experience difficulty. Respectful environments are also most conducive to student problem-solving, cognitive risktaking, and conceptual understanding. A teacher promotes mutual respect in the classroom arguably contribute to students feelings of psychological safety and comfort, including low anxiety and low threat regarding making mistakes. When pupils are anxious or worried about making mistakes they are less likely to engage in their academic work in an effortful and strategic manner. Thus, a teacher promotes respect in the classroom is related positively to increased academic efficacy and more self-regulated learning relative to the previous year.

Thirdly, the third method is promoting task-related interaction. Teachers vary in the extent to which they allow, or even encourage, students to interact with one-another during academic activities. This interaction may encompass students sharing ideas and approaches during whole-class lessons, working together in small-group activities, or informal help-seeking and help-giving during individual seatwork. Whatever the form, however, interaction among students is a critical component of student-centered instructional approaches. When students are encouraged to interact and exchange ideas with each other during academic tasks they have opportunities to ask or answer questions, make suggestions, give explanations, justify their reasoning, and participate in discussions. These interactions are related to student learning and consistent with expectations from both Piagetian and Vygotskian theories of learning and development Students perceptions that they are given opportunities to participate actively during lessons and are encouraged to interact with classmates in the pursuit of understanding are likely to be associated also with their motivation. For example, interaction opportunities may foster students feelings of confidence or efficacy, sustain interest, and support a willingness to persevere with the task when experiencing difficulty or frustration. Students made these kinds of comments during interviews, when they were asked about working with peers during project-based science activities Students should also feel efficacious about their ability to learn and complete activities successfully when interaction among students is promoted.

The promotion of performance of goals focused on competition and relatively ability between students in the classroom. Competition between pupils in the classroom is important so that the pupils can focused on their study with a suitable environment. As a teacher, pupils should be tolerating with each other to increase their performance during the activities. In my opinion, the performance goals are focused at school to be related negatively to their academic efficacy.

Teachers may be labeled as the man whose role is to educate future generations. Among the careers that are often associated with aspects of education include school teachers, lecturers, and a kindergarten teacher. The mass media are also some programs that address problems faced by teachers and ways to overcome these challenges at length. However, teachers have a great role in creating a generation of students who excel. Their main task of the teacher is to be the first to deliver knowledge to students in school. The teachers have been given training to ensure they are capable of teaching their students with the necessary knowledge according to their age and facing the exam. Every teacher should explore learning techniques that are appropriate to their students to make sure all understand the knowledge given. Indeed, the role of the teacher is to educate young people tireless and favoritism. In fact, the education will also serve to give affection to their students. Most students who experience problems due to their lack of self love, especially from their parents busy work that. The wise teacher is one who can give this love to them, and the young student's feel cared for, and not involved in negative symptoms. Clearly, the love expressed by the student teachers can prevent us from engaging in unhealthy activities. In addition, students often see their teachers as positive role models. Teachers are seen as good, behave decently and will be successful in their studies by a student idol. In the eyes of students, teachers such as these are able to provide them with a passion to succeed in life and were a useful man in the world is the same as their teacher. Imagine if all of our students to use their teachers as a source of inspiration to live in this world? Finally, teacher acts as those who give useful advice to students. As long walks of life and living life, teachers can provide information about the meaning of life is full of challenges. All advice given is to be useful for students who are bucked turbulent life full of challenges,

especially the acute examination stress. Consequently, the task of advising the teacher makes the most important in the lives of our student community. In short, the teacher's role was really well known but much remains to be done by our educators that. They should cooperate with the government to equip themselves with a variety of the latest teaching techniques so that their education is more readily understood by students. At the same time, students are required to give full cooperation to the teachers when they were in school anyway.
