Paul Saguil Paul Jonathan Saguil practises litigation at Stockwoods LLP. He is the Vice Chair of the Ontario Bar Associations Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Section, a Board director of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, and a member of the OBAs Equality Committee and Equity Advisory Group of the Law Society of Upper Canada. He has been involved in various advocacy initiatives, including drafting public statements and submissions, regarding the impact of legislative and policy proposals on equity-seeking communities. With your support, he hopes to contribute to Pride Torontos work, particularly regarding legal and governance issues, outreach and communication, and strategic -planning. Erika Manata Erika Manata is a dynamic individual with a strong commitment to social justice and a deep interest in electoral politics, housing, urban development, and newcomer services. Erika served 7 years as a Toronto City Hall political staffer and is currently starting a Masters program in the field of Immigration and Settlement. She received her B.A. at the University of Toronto, where she was also part of the LGBTOUT team. As a previous Dyke March Coordinator, as well as a member of several LGBT community groups, her focus has been on building relationships between our community and our allies. She hopes to return to Pride in the capacity of Board Member to focus on the expansion of Family Pride and to outreach to new members of our community. Erika is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and French. Kerry Bell Kerry is engrossed in various aspects of the LGBTTIQQ2SA community. She served as the Beverage Garden Manager for Pride Toronto 2012. She worked with EGALE Canada on Bill 279 getting the message out there for equal rights for the Trans Community. She is currently a Board member at The 519 Community Center. Kerry started a business in her home country Jamaica, against all odds, honing the skills of LGBTQ youths in the performing liberal and visual arts, all in a clandestine fashion because of the violent homophobic terrain in that country. With a background in Entertainment and a Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, she has worked for the top two Hotel chains in the Caribbean as an Event Coordinator. Her work has taken her to numerous countries and US States. She brings to Canada, and the Board, 12 years of international experience in Event Planning, Community Engagement, Arts and Culture.

Lauryn Kronick Lauryn Kronick brings more than three years of experience organizing in the queer community in Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto. Lauryn was a member of the organizing collective with Dyke Marches in Toronto and Ottawa and was the Vice-Chair of Communications with Capital Pride in 2011 after joining the festival as Media Relations Coordinator in 2010. Lauryn attended the Fiert Canada Pride Conference in Halifax in 2011 and connected with many different Pride organizations across Canada, forming invaluable connections that strengthen the grassroots commmunity-based model that inspires her to keep working on initiatives in the queer community. Lauryn is bilingual and helped bring more French communication to Capital Pride, is a self-professed social media and news connoisseur, loves networking at community events and covering herself in glitter. Tim Guram Interested in the potential for Culture to inspire positive change, Tim Guram brings a passionate and creative perspective to the arena of museums, festivals, and cultural planning. Tim brings with him a strong skill set and international experience in artistic direction, cultural planning and branding, public facilitation, and audience engagement. In addition, Tims contribution to Pride Toronto will be enhanced by his repeated support and involvement with organizations such as the Toronto People with AIDS Foundation and Fashion Cares. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Kinesiology with a focus on Community Wellness from the University of Western Ontario. He also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History and Studio Art from Concordia University in Montreal. More recently, Tim pursued and successfully completed a Masters degree in Museum Studies from the University of Toronto. Christin Milloy Christin Milloy is an activist and writer, with professional background in IT Management and Web development. Her work has been published in XTRA. In October 2011, Christin became the first ever trans-identified person to run as a candidate for political office at the provincial level (Mississauga Brampton South riding). She serves as Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee for the Ontario

Committee experience also includes 7 years on the ConCom for a SciFi convention called Polaris (formerly Toronto Trek), one year on ConCom for Gaylaxicon, 3.5 years on her Condominium's Board of Directors, and Christin is a member of the Trans Lobby Group. Kent Churn Kent is a partner at Accenture a global management, technology services and outsourcing company. He has managed large scale IT projects in excess of $300M and teams of over 600 resources with very diverse backgrounds across global locations. He is the executive sponsor of Accentures Canadian LGBT group with 150+ employees including straight allies. Accenture is a leader in workplace diversity and equality. He has been the President of his condo board for four years at the Pantages Tower. Kent wants to join the Pride Toronto board to connect with the business community and promote workplace diversity. Caroline O'Toole Caroline is a compliance professional with over 20 years experience. She has broad experience in all aspects of risk management (mutual fund dealer, top five bank) including but not limited to branch auditing, trade suitability review, complaint handling, corporate actions, personal trading oversight and marketing review. Caroline is also a Member of the Association of Canadian Compliance Professionals and interested in improving processes and procedures to adhere to the ever changing regulatory environment. In addition to her work life Caroline is also on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and is a Member of the Marketing and Communications Team for Pride at Work Canada. Shelly Craig Shelley Craig, PhD, RSW has been fortunate to have served on several Boards of Directors, including the PFLAG National Board in the US, which represents volunteer chapter leaders doing amazing work in their communities. Shelley brings a passion for organizational growth and evaluation to her commitment to Pride Toronto. Prior to her hire as an assistant professor at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto, she started and sustained several organizations for queer youth. As a Board member for Pride Toronto, Dr. Craig would strive to represent the needs of the volunteers and active community members, while creating opportunities for growth.
