IN THE BEGINNING DREAMTIME ABDUCTIONS OF ABORIGINAL AUSTRALIA.

Beings ET Abductions from Beyond Time

hen UFOlogists think of ET abduction accounts, UFO sightings, or any other aspect of this great mystery they tend only to approach these matters from a EUROPEAN standpoint, all too often without realising that our Aboriginal people possess knowledge of these phenomena extending back thousands of years. There are also Aboriginal accounts of a more contemporary nature to further demonstrate that this ancient race is no stranger to the UFO phenomenon. Back in the 1970s the many UFO sightings and landings reported from over a wide area of the Western Australian, South Australian and Northern Territory interiors were explained by Aboriginal elders as their culture heroes returning to Earth from the Sky World. They had, the old men claimed, come down to Earth in the long-ago dreamtime and that they had often carried off warriors and lubras when they returned there! Such tales can in fact be found Australia-wide in Aboriginal traditions. The former Murray River tribespeople believed in the Chic-ah-bunnah, a terrifying gigantic shining being that descended from the sky emitting a strange blue light and was blinding to look upon. The Chic-ah-bunnah once landed at Goodarlah Hill on the Murray River with a frightening explosive sound. He ate red-hot coals and after a time flew away emitting a roaring-rushing sound. Northern Territory tribespeople described the Chic-ah-bunnah as a gigantic shining silver bird with a long, hideous nose and huge wings who came to earth emitting flames from his behind. Landing somewhere far to the west of Tennant Creek, the frightening monster captured a number of tribespeople and flew away with them never to return. One of these monstrous metallic beings was said by Aborigines of the Far North Queensland coast between Ingham and Townsville, to descend during the 1950s from the sky into the ocean off Palm Island [east of Ingham] and also emerge and fly away. It was even claimed by one Aboriginal woman to have landed on the island in the early 1960s. Some readers might argue that Chic-ah-bunnah was a modern aircraft. However, these tales date back thousands of years and the Palm Island accounts describe a large flying craft that descends into and emerges from the ocean! A giant silver bird is said to have descended to Earth in Central Australia in the long-ago Dreamtime, which disgorged beings who proceeded to round-up tribespeople whom they conducted inside the great bird, which then flew away with them, never to return. Ancient tradition also has it that a warrior observed a great shining bird descend from the sky into the Arnhem Land scrub with a terrifying roar, emitting flames from its behind. Two culture-heroes emerged from its mouth and the warrior, by now no doubt frightened, challenged them with his spear. However, the two beings enticed him with friendly gestures inside the bird which then flew off into the sky, from where, as the great bird flew high over the earth, he was shown by the beings his tribal lands. The great bird eventually landed and he was released. Gulf Country tribespeople believed in a similar great metallic bird which descended to Earth in the long-ago Dreamtime, long before the coming of the white man. In one account tribespeople were captured by it and flown up to the Sky World where they were kept for a time. Young lubras, along with some young men and old people were detained, while the rest were returned to their tribal land. Queenslands Far North was the scene, in the long ago Dreamtime, of individual warriors being seized by strange beings who flew them to another world, some of these warriors were eventually returned to their tribal land while others were kept in the Sky World. Aborigines of Queenslands Cape York region once spoke of culture heroes who descended to Earth in a great glowing mountain bringing rain to the parched soil and fertilise the land, its animal as well as human inhabitants, some of whom they returned with to the Sky World, never to be seen again. In another tale from the Cape a great mountain emerged from the Sky World to land deep in the scrub. Some Aboriginal men and women stepped onto it, at which it rose into the air and flew away to the Sky World never to return.

Other tribespeople who were the victims of these prehistoric ET abductions are said to have been taken to lands floating in the sky, forest lands full of game, lands with mountains where abductees spent unknown lengths of time before their friendly abductors flew them back to their own world. One wonders were these lands in the sky other planets, or alternatively immense space stations where whole populations of beings lived while exploring and colonising life-supporting planets? Gigantic self-supporting space stations containing great numbers of people were actually contemplated by Russian space scientists back in the 1960s at the height of the old Soviet Unions space-race with the United States. Futuristic illustrations of such artificial Earths showed towns and roads, parklands with forests and hills, with people enjoying themselves as if out for a Sunday afternoon excursion. Such impossible possibilities will ultimately become feasible in time, and probably are already commonplace to other civilisation elsewhere in the Universe. Could Aboriginal abductees of thousands of years ago have been taken up to lands in the sky, ie great space stations operated by super-beings from one or more extra-terrestrial civilisations? Such Dreamtime myths and legends cannot all be the product of inspired imagination. Some Aboriginal myths concern warriors and lubras taken up to the Moon by Sky People. Some of these abductees later return to Earth while others stayed behind. Are such tales vague accounts of space-stations, ie bases of considerable size, established on the moon by extra-terrestrial visitors long ago? Turning momentarily to New Guinea, Lore-rock-e-dool, the Moon Goddess of Papua New Guinea tribespeople once flew down on the glowing moon to live with the people for a time, then taking aboard the moon the many warriors that she had made her lovers as well as women and children, she flew back to the sky. This myth is similar to a Moon Goddess tradition of the old Cape York Aboriginal tribes in which a Moon Woman and Moon Man came down from the sky to light up the countryside. They introduced new hunting and fishing techniques to the people then returned to the heavens with some of the warriors and women. One old eastern Australian Aboriginal myth concerns their Sky-God, Biame, who once travelled across the heavens, visiting the stars where he created living beings out of the soil of each world. Here we might see ancient information concerning intelligent life forms on other worlds beyond our own, somehow obtained from extra-terrestrial visitors and which survived in a crude form in this myth. The Melville Islanders preserve a myth that the Milky Way is inhabited by whole tribes of cultureheroes, who periodically descend to Earth to hunt game and steal tribespeople, with which they return to their world in the Milky Way. Tribespeople of the Kimberley region of Western Australia possess many myths and legends of the mysterious Wandjina culture heroes. Many of these tales describe these beings as having sailed across the ocean to settle for long periods on the Kimberley coast and inland, while others describe them as descending to Earth from the Milky Way and elsewhere in the heavens. One group of Wandjinas known as the Kaiara are said to have descended to Earth in a great whirlwind of heat and lightening, scorching the ground where they landed, as well as the eyes of those tribespeople who saw them. They used weapons of lightning and spent some time among the tribespeople, creating many spirit children before returning with numbers of tribespeople to the Sky World whence they had come. One Aranda myth of Central Australia states that beings from the World in the Western Sky called the Numbakulla came to Earth to create Aboriginal men and women. They arrived in the form of great eyes in mighty whirlwinds and departed whence they had come in the same manner. In another Aranda myth, two Numbakulla brothers flew down from their world in the western sky to find a primitive race of creatures called by the Aranda, the Inapatua, who lived under low boulders around lake shores. In what might be interpreted by UFOlogists as a primitive description of genetic engineering, the Numbakulla brothers reshaped the Inapatua beings into Aboriginal men and women. ***** While these ancient traditions cover Australia and are more then enough to suggest that the ancestors of todays Aboriginal people were witnesses to extraordinary events, which today we call ET abductions, there are also many more contemporary Aboriginal ET abduction accounts to consider Jimmy Trent, a part Aboriginal, in 1959 informed a Brisbane friend that his grandfather, Tom, back in the early 1900s, probably about 1910, was living with his tribe somewhere on the Gulf of Carpentaria near the coast on the Flinders River which lies west of Karumba.

One night as he lay sleeping in a humpy, the others in his group were seated around a big campfire. Tom woke up to the sounds of screams and yells as a whirring, silvery craft suddenly descended over the people, engulfing the campsite. By his account the glow was immense. As Tom lay crouched in fear the large craft, saucer-shaped, remained stationary and all went deadly silent. Then as Tim slinked off into the bush for a better hiding place, the craft began emitting the whirring sound again, then rose up and shot off skywards, taking Toms people with it, leaving a dust-covered smouldering fireplace. Local police took no notice of his story when he tried to report the incident. Two years after the incident, Tom was again in the region and met a man and woman - members of his tribe and who had been taken up that night. They told him how everyone had been abducted by several yellowish-skinned beings of what we today describe as typical ETs, with thin bodies, long necks and heads with large round eyes, small nostrils, small mouths and ear holes. They were all clothed in skin-tight garments. The information is sketchy but it appears that the tribespeople, about twenty in all, with children, both boys and girls, were flown to another world within a few hours. Here were large buildings, perhaps a city. They were, said the couple, apparently the subjects of various researches carried out by more of the strange beings over a period of time, in the course of which most of the people died. The two survivors claimed that they were later flown back to where they had been abducted. These details were passed on by Tom to other family members not present that night, but due to lost information it can only be said that the survivors had been returned to Earth two years later! Jimmy also says that he had heard of an Aboriginal man and woman who about 1896 or 1898 were abducted by three strange reddish-skinned beings of the usual ET appearance somewhere outside Cloncurry and flown in what they eventually described as a huge flying craft, to be left in a semi-desert environment, where at night there were two huge moons in the sky above! They lived in fear of strange large animals that they came upon in the course of their exploring, which was for water and food of any kind that they could find. It appears that after a day or two their abductors suddenly appeared and directed them into something like a metal vehicle, in which they were driven by the three beings to a massive glass-like building. Here they were refreshed with strange foods and drink. They were then put to sleep by some means and woke up on a dirt roadside a few miles from Cloncurry, near where they had first been abducted! Back in 1926 a small Aboriginal tribal group living in the Mt Isa backblocks of Queensland, told others that they had been visited one night as everyone sat at the edge of a waterhole campfire talking. From what they told other Aborigines of the region a big black object came down from the sky and apparently a large number of pygmy-height beings emerged and rounded up the twenty or so tribespeople and their children, herding them into the craft. Then the little beings for some reason unknown took away the children for some time but later returned them. The craft apparently rose into the air and flew away somewhere beyond the clouds it was said. The details are hazy, but it appears that the craft returned its captives through the clouds early the next morning to a location a few miles from where they had been abducted. The side of the craft opened and the by now terrified Aborigines ran out screaming. Local whites later heard the tale and laughed it off, but then UFOs were of course unknown to the public at large. This account came from a Mt Isa lady. In 1933 an Aboriginal woman, Nellie Stewart claimed she had one day been gathering bush tucker with other members of her tribe, in open bushland near lonely Discovery Well, in the Canning Basin of the Great Sandy Desert in Western Australias far north-west, when they all noticed a large shining egg shaped object high up in the clouds. To their dismay the object began descending until it was perhaps about 100 ft above them and began to slowly move over the by now panicking, scattering tribespeople. Nellie said she tried to hide amongst some mulga as the large egg landed with little sound about 100ft away from her. She had buried her head in her arms as she lay huddled up in terror. Looking up she saw several grey-skinned man-like beings already having emerged from the egg walking in her direction. Getting to her feet she tried to run away, but was stunned by an object which she saw one of the beings point at her. She was then, she claimed, carried off by the beings into the egg. The interior was aglow with light and all manner of apparatus which she could not comprehend. She was made to lie upon a shining metallic table by the beings who then proceeded to strap her down. Two or three of the beings then began prodding and poking her, pressing metals wands on various parts of her body, a large glass-like plate was made to descent from the ceiling of the craft, as wide and long as the table, covering her body; then it ascended back to its place in the ceiling. She fainted and when she awoke she was lying alone on the ground, the strange craft and its mystery humanoid occupants was gone. Nellie later told her story to stockmen who laughed at

her. But then, wide-scale acceptance in the wake of the great UFO flaps of the late 1940s and 1950s onward was yet to come. During 1921 an Aboriginal woman called Delma claimed she had been abducted by six, 7ft tall male beings dressed in strange clothing on a dirt road out from Charters Towers. I was only 19 at the time and dragged into bushland where there stood another man in the same clothes with a phonelike apparatus into which he spoke in some weird language. At this, a large round, brown-coloured flying machine appeared above us from out of nowhere and it was house-size. It landed with little sound and I was dragged screaming into it. I couldnt understand all the machinery inside and was terrified as the men held me down on a table their faces looked yellowish, Asian-like, with narrow eyes. I was injected by one of them with a needle on the end of a long tube attached to a large box and became drowsy before falling asleep. The room I was in was dimly lit and I dont remember anything much now as I woke up, naked, my clothes piled beside me on the floor of a bright blue, oval room into which I had been taken while asleep. I had barely dressed when a round door about 6ft in diameter slid open and I quickly escaped out onto open ground near where I had been captured. The flying craft rose with a whooshing sound and flew high into the air, then shot off to the west at unbelievable speed, she told an informant years later. More recently, there is the case of Jennifer Martini, [not her real name by request] a part Aboriginal woman, who was abducted on a farm outside Warren, New south Wales, one day in February 1982. The story goes that she had been taking a short-cut across a big paddock around 11am on her way to the home of a friend, when from out of nearby trees she was, she said, approached by four men she at first thought were dressed in white work clothes, but as they came closer she realised they were lizard-faced beings with large eyes and scaly-faced, as were their hands. All stood around 5ft in height, she said later. Their fingers she noticed were long and clawed. The clothing was made of some white plastic-like material and all wore hoods over their heads. Jennifer screamed and tried to run away, but found she was glued to the spot. Jennifer takes up the story They lifted me off the ground and carried me into the scrub and into a large egg-shaped craft sitting there in among the trees. It looked the size of a house. A door slid open upwards and I was soon inside a room pulsating with light of all colours. Here my clothes were removed from me and I was placed upon a large metallic table to which I felt magnetised. Here one of the beings produced a long thin flexible tube of metal which he pushed against my stomach. Then another into my neck, then others into other parts of my legs and arms. I was paralysed while all this was going on. Another tube was pushed into the back of my neck. All these tubes entered my body but it was a painless procedure. I fell unconscious and woke up some time later, feeling drained of energy. There were none of the strange beings in the room. I suddenly realised that I could move my limbs. All the tubes were gone. Climbing off the table I walked about the room, searching for my clothes, which I soon found had been scattered in amongst all kinds of strange apparatus. I got dressed quickly Jennifer tried calling out to the beings but there was no response. Entering another room, which glowed red, she realised that like the colours of the other room the red glow in this one seemed to come from the walls. I was looking about the room when several of these lizard people appeared from a sliding square door and conducted me into another part of the craft. They made no sounds at all during the time I was their captive, despite my earlier screams and struggle, and they just made hand signs to me, directing me into another room in the craft and there left me alone. Apart from the changing colour glows from the walls and ceiling there was nothing in this room. Then a round door slid open and I saw trees. I dashed outside and ran in a panic. I was not pursued, but heard a sound like rushing water, then looking back I saw a bright glow as the craft left the ground and disappeared over the trees. I rested for a time to get over my experience as best I could. Pulling myself together I started off walking out of the forest. However, it wasnt long before I realised that this was a different forest. Not knowing where I was I eventually made my way to a farmhouse, where I discovered that I was 25 miles from where I had been captured by the lizard people. A phone call from the people at the farmhouse soon re-united me with my parents, who found it hard to accept my tall story, although they gradually came to realise that something incredible had happened, said Jennifer. We have seen that Aboriginal people have a long tradition of ET abduction myths and legends, and also that they have abduction accounts from more recent times. Our early European pioneers also appear to have left us stories of encounters with intelligent beings from other worlds beyond our own and it to these abduction tales that we now turn

UFO Sighting Hills District, NSW

Sunday March 31st 11.19pm Location: Hills District N.S.W Reportee: Craig Time: About 11.0pm Sunday night: Craig was walking in his backyard when he saw 2 orange colour balls of light in the sky. He was facing west and they were travelling north west from a southerly direction about 45 degrees above the horizon. Craig said it was their colour and size that caught his attention. They were 5 or 6 times bigger than a star and had a yellowish orange glow, no flashing lights like normal aircraft. He said they were moving slowly in formation far enough apart to tell they were 2 objects and higher than usual aircraft. As they travelled they were also ascending, Craig said he watched them for about 5 minutes until they were tiny pin pricks of light, there was no sound. From their position in the sky this sighting was approximately over Blacktown. They could have been those homemade lantern things except for the fact that they move with positive direction and have been witnessed and reported repeatedly.

UFO Sighting, The Entrance, Central Coast, Park NSW Name: Mrs Chapman Suburb: Bossley Park State: NSW Background: studying for diploma, professional counselling. Work in retail. Day: 11 Month: Jan Year: 1999 Time: 8pm Duration: approx 10mins Unusual: no sound but car windows were up. Weather conditions: clear summer night. What happened: I was a passenger in the family car with my husband driving and my 3 children in the back. We were on the main road leaving The Entrance [central coast]. There was light traffic. Ahead to the right just above the line of trees about 150 - 200 mtrs away [it was night]on the opposite side of the street, there was a an orange round ball light. It was moving and took our eye as it would have been very low to the ground had it been a conventional flying object. It was moving across and down in movements. It then appeared to get larger. We then noticed traffic had slowed and other cars had pulled over that were travelling in our direction. [2 other cars] We also pulled over to watch. The car in front's male driver was out of the car watching. It then came towards us. It looked to change colour from orange to red. When it changed direction the car behind us took off quickly. My 15yr old daughter and myself began yelling at my husband to go. We had a very strong feeling of danger. The queer thing was my husband was just like the guy standing outside his car he didn't seem to hear us but seemed totally engrossed in the light. I can't explain the terror in those seconds that we felt {except my husband}. It just seemed imperative that we leave immediately. My daughter then hit my husband across the back of the head to snap him out of whatever he was in. {not a normal occurrence!]He angrily began to drive away. As we looked out the rear window the red ball abruptly changed direction again and seemed to come up behind our car. With a car full of screaming occupants my husband sped off. When we looked behind it was no longer there. My husband called the central coast radio station the next day to see if anyone had reported any unusual lights the previous night. No one had. I have noted in subsequent visits to the area [which are undertaken with the kids always mentioning the night we were chased by a UFO] that there are a number of power lines and a radio [I presume] transmitter along the ridge nearby.

UFO Sightings Adelaide, South Australia

Date(s): 2/04/02 - 3/04/02 - 7/04/02 Time(s): Between 7.15pm - 9.30pm Suburbs involved: Parafield Gardens, Salisbury, Salisbury Plains and Wynn Vale REPORT: 3 - 6 Orange star like objects were sighted over the Northern suburbs of Adelaide on these dates. All of the above Callin Codes reported the same thing, with minor differences in positioning of the objects. Night time sky conditions were the same on all nights, clear sky with only patchy cloud cover. All the orange star light objects where observed below the cloud cover. All witnesses state that once these orange star objects reached the Adelaide Hills they all 'disappeared' or 'blinked out' Length of sighting time: Varying from 2-3 mins up to 10-12 mins. Triangle Formation Witnesses reported seeing the 3 or 6 orange lights in a single triangle or 2 triangle formation, one person said that at one stage 4 of the lights looked like it was in a 'kite formation' but then formed a 3 pointed triangle with 3 of the lights, with the 4th light to the east of the top light. In the case of the 2 triangle formation, the witness stated that they saw 6 lights move into 2 perfect triangle formations and continued that way until reaching the Adelaide Hills.
9

Newsletter of The Blue Mountains UFO Research Club January 2012.

Straight Line Formation Witnesses also saw and reported the orange star like objects to be in a straight line made up of 3 lights together with a 4th light following. Whilst watching the objects in this straight line formation, witnesses state that of 3 lights that were in a row, they were evenly spaced one behind the other, with the 4th light trailing some distance behind. Witnesses that sighted the 'straight line formation' all stated that as the lights neared the Adelaide Hills, that the 4th light then moved quickly to join the other 3 lights. Witness Statements [note approx total number of Witnesses: 20] All witnesses state that they heard no sound at all coming from these objects. They all state the objects were moving in a North, North East to South East direction. All state that the objects were 'orange and star like' in size and brightness. One witness a trained SA Policeman, [as well as being an 'amateur astronomner'] quickly got out his telescope to get a clearer look at the objects, but stated that apart from seeing them on a larger and brighter scale, the objects still were fuzzy to look at. He even grabbed his binoculars to see if he get a clearer look through them, but again the same as through the telescope. He also stated, that for the years he has been doing his 'backyard astronomy' that he has viewed many numerous things in the night sky, from satellites, to light planes flying late at night, to birds, to even [yes folks the infamous] hot air garbage balloons, but what he saw that night, didnt fit any of those 'explanations'. All witnesses, stated that living or being so close to Parafield Airport, that they all 'Certainly Knew', what a light plane looked and sounded like, and what their night lights looked like. So to hear 'no sound/noise' surprised them. They also stated that they had phoned Parafield Airport, which could not help as it had closed earlier that night. They also phoned Edinburgh Air Force base, which informed these witnesses that nothing had 'shown up on their radar and NO they were not test flying any aircraft, secret or non-secret'. [See Diane
Harrison's report on Edinburgh Air Force base response in AUFORN list post dated: Tuesday 9th April 2002 in response to questions asked by Hugh Mulgrew] Also all say, that 'They have Never Seen anything like this in their life(s)'.

Final Words This group of sightings certainly has caused a 'stir' here in Adelaide! One of the witnesses who called the AUFORN Freecall Hotline, also phoned Adelaide Radio Station SAFM. Her call, to SAFM, set up a 'callin' session on SAFM's Breakfast show, asking people to ring in, if they had seen the same thing or if they had seen anything 'strange' in the sky. The response to SAFM's call in was incredible! I contacted SAFM to inform them that AUFORN SA was 'investigating' these incidents and also to leave our Freecall Hotline number for anyone else who may have seen something to ring. From my call to SAFM, I also learnt that 'A Current Affair' was interested in these sightings due to some video footage being taken by a local guy.
[Again see Diane Harrison's post to the AUFORN of Tuesday 9th April 2002]

Upon speaking to lady who phoned SAFM, myself, she again said what all witnesses, concerning this event, have said to me: That her and her family so amazed and effected by seeing this, that she felt the need to contact the media, to hopefully find out that what they had seen was nothing more than a 'light show', some 'kids mucking around with garbage bags', or a 'joke'. When I informed her that she was one of approx 10 other calls to the AUFORN hotline she was [in her words] 'blown away'. END REPORT

A Photograph of an Alien?
Posted July 14, 2001

STARGATE NEWSLETTER The following photograph and article appeared in an issue of the Stargate Newsletter, Number 9 February-March 1997 Published by Stargate International (no longer in existence). Robert O. Dean is well known on the UFO lecture circuit and at one time was in the military. During his service his security clearance made it possible for him to be exposed to information that confirmed to him that what was behind the UFO phenomena was alien in nature. He wrote the article below. Although we have no way of authenticating this photograph people are always curious about viewing pictures like this. Photo Of Small Gray Alien. by Robert O. Dean In the late summer of 1994, I attended an international UFO conference in Mexico City. As always when attending such gatherings, I was delighted to network, investigate, and visit with old friends and fellow researchers. I am always pleased to discover what I consider to be new and legitimate bits and pieces of evidence. The following photo was given to me by a trusted and respected UFO investigator whom I have always found to be honest and straight forward. And I submit it here to our readers for consideration and comment. As always with disinformation and purposeful misinformation flooding the field, I tread cautiously. However, considering my source as well as authentic photographs I have previously examined while in the military, I believe this photo to be a legitimate picture of an ET.
