We take 14 samples out of 20 we are filled by their employees .We find that in this observation motivational are more important than hygienic factor. Motivational Factor 8 Hygienic Factor 6

Conclusion
In the kusumghar hero moto corp motivational factor are consider to be more important than hygienic factor. From the study of the complete organization, it is also found that the company has no competitor in that area so they are enjoying the benefits in that area.

Suggestion
It is suggested to open a one more branch in north-east location of the same so as to double benefit being monopoly in the market.
