Solver ISUP interface

Solver for ISUP provides load and stress to ISUP based telecommunication networks. Solver provides the ability to simulate ISUP calls with a large number of simulated subscribers providing load to switches. Solver ISUP can simulate a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) with hundreds of thousands connected subscribers providing load to the Core Network (CN). A number of different traffic scenarios and various call settings can be made in order to achieve as close to real life traffic conditions as possible. Solver ISUP - how it works Solver emulates the PSTN Network and can be connected to an STP or an MSC in the mobile network. Solver ISUP includes:
Basic Call - Solver generates A, B, or both the A and B sides of an ISUP basic call. Due to the predefined behavior of a basic call, the time to deploy and start testing with Solver is kept to a minimum. Configuration - Very few configuration settings are required before the system can be up and running. Basically only the A and B numbers need to be configured and SOLVER ISUP can immediately start generating massive load traffic towards SUT (System Under Test). Statistics - Real-time statistics from the test are visible in the GUI and also accessible via the CLI and exportable to text fi les. The statistics include for example: o Call Ok o Call Failed o Call Active Call Settings - A number of settings can be made for the call. o Calls/s - calls per second o Iterations - number of times to repeat call o Call duration time duration in seconds o User Data - speech or data o Idle - time in between the calls Advanced Call Settings - More advanced call settings that can be done are for example inserting silence, either before or after the voice sample or entering silence reduction. Delayed answer is another functionality where it is possible to set the time before the B side answers the call. Command Line Interface - For test automation, scripted test cases can be run from the CLI (Command Line Interface).
