Deadline for entry: Saturday, November 10th by 12.30pm


Application must be filled out and turned in by 5:00 pm on that date in order to be considered for the show. The show will be indoors with limited number of 6 & 8 tables available. Be sure to indicate your needs on the application whether or not you require an electrical outlet. Rules 1. Original works only created by the artists or crafter. No kits, copies or resale items. Prints of original work may be allowed (such as note cards) but must be clearly marked as prints. Only approved works can be exhibited. 2. Display. You are responsible for your own display set-up, table clothe, racks, pedestals, display screens, and etc. Space must look as professional as possible with your name should be prominently displayed. Your display cannot block traffic or overlap table/space with another artists space. 3. Table assignment. Space is limited. A 6 or 8 table will be assigned to you. Exhibitors will not be allowed to change table or table location unless approved by SFAC staff. 4. Two Exhibitors at one table. You may share a space with another person but each artist must fill out an application and submit images of works. 5. Licenses/Permits. Exhibitors shall be responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits or approvals under state laws applicable to his/her activity at SFAC market and for paying any taxes, sales taxes, fees or other charges that may be applicable. 6. Sales Tax. You are responsible for charging the correct tax amount (we will provide you with a sales tax table) and forwarding the tax to the GA Dept. of Revenue on a form we will provide. This is not optional! State law requires that sales tax be charged on all retail sales, and in Fulton County it is 7%. 7. Selling Work. Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own sales and must come prepared with receipt book, pens, calculator, cash envelope or box, adequate change, wrapping paper and bags or boxes, etc. 8. Cleanliness. Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their assigned spaces neat and clean, and for removing trash at the end of the show. 9. Set Up. Saturday, November 17th from 8.45am10.15am. All artwork must be set up and ready for the public by 10:15am. Vehicles should be promptly moved from the loading area and parked in designated spaces. 10. Break Down. Saturday, November 17th from 4.01pm 5pm. You may start breaking down and cleaning up your area at 4:01 pm. All breakdown and cleanup should be complete by 5pm. 11. Parking. Limited parking spaces are available at SFAC. After unloading items your vehicle must be moved to our secondary parking area next to the tennis courts. 12. Liability. South Fulton Arts Center/Fulton County Arts & Culture/Fulton County Government nor its staff or personnel will be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur to the Exhibitor, the Exhibitor's agents or representatives or his/her property from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors should obtain, at their own expense, insurance against any loss, damage, or injury. 13. Flyer Distribution. All artists/crafter are responsible for doing their part to advertise the craft market by distributing SFAC approved flyers to friends, neighbors, electronic media and throughout the community. An approved flyer and digital image developed by SFAC will be made available for your pick up and use. 14. South Fulton Arts Center reserves the right to reject any items that we deem inappropriate. 15. Each exhibitor must be present during the entire show, or otherwise provide for supervision of his/her artwork.
