The Story of JERUSALEM

I was blurry about this part of history. There was a definite fight for the Jewish quarter of Jerusalem. It appears that only secular Jews were defending the populations. Jews lost the fight, although the captured Jewish soldiers didnt really look like an army. And as the result the civilian population of the Jewish quarter was expelled and the place was burned down.
