With over three decades of experience of working both in academic and corporate sector Prof. Poonam Kumar (Chairperson) launches Mega Ace Consultancy with the mission of delivering service excellence in the new millennium Aligning India to the global economy, Mega Ace builds a network of international collaborations to bring a range of capability building training programmes to Indian executives particularly in the international capital markets, banking, finance and insurance sectors Expanding operations in the south Asian region, Mega Ace partners the Nepal Rastra Bank (central bank of Nepal) to deliver several intensive & extensive capability building workshops and programmes for banking sector executives under a World Bank funded programme.

At a time when the Indian economy was opening up the focus on the companys consulting practice is in three verticals i.e. Human Resource Development; Economic Research and Advisory Services. Mega Ace is appointed by several state governments (including Andhra Pradesh) to provide advisory services to develop policy frameworks to strength capabilities that will enable them to encourage global investments.

Mega Ace establishes on operational base in UK to expand its global reach. Undertakes a Competitiveness Development programme in five Caribbean Islands under a Commonwealth Secretariat funded project. Provides a range of strategic advisory services to global companies seeking to tap the potential of Indian market. The need to build human capital to meet the skill demand of global enterprises in further reinforced.

Partners HEC School of Management, Paris (2005 - 2010) to design & deliver a series of ten unique customized cross-cultural sensitization programmes for executives entitled Comprehend India: Understanding Business in an Emerging Economy.

Builds partnership with several globally renowned academic and training institutions to design and deliver a range of internationally recognized specialized skill development programmes seeking to enhance capability among Indian workforce.

Prof. Poonam Kumar

Poonam Kumar, founder/present Chairperson, Mega Ace Consultancy has over three decades of worldwide experience working with both the private and public sector. The spans of her expertise includes the integration & alignment of Human Capital with Business Strategy, organizational development and capability building. An Alumnus of the Harvard Business School, she also has completed senior management programmes in Human Resource Management (1994) and Global Strategy Management (1995) from INSEAD. She also brings the expertise of having designed and organised unique capability building programmes for global executives seeking to understand the art of doing business in emerging economies. Having tied up with several global institutions and centres of learning, Prof. Kumar has brought to several highly acclaimed skill development and capacity building programmes to Indian executives.

Dr. R. Krishna Murthy

Dr. R Krishna Murthy, Director, Mega Ace Consultancy specializes in the field of Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management. He is also the Director of Industrial Relations Institute of India, a non-political and nongovernmental organization, set up by Mr. Mohan Das and Editor of its monthly update ARBITER. He has done his Ph.D. in Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management. He passed out from Bajaj Institute in 1976 with specialization in the area of Personnel and after doing his Ph.D. completed his LL.B. As an organizational consultant he has been associated with a number of organizations to assist in organizational change and Human Resources Development activities within the organization. Dr. Krishna Murthy has wide exposure and expertise as a trainer having conducted many training and management development programmes in MNCs and Indian organizations.
