YourConstitutionArticle1,Section8,Clause17grantedyour federalservantsexclusivelegislationinallcaseswhatsoever, overtheDistrictofColumbia.Irepeat:exclusivelegislationin allcases.DCresidentsandFourteenthAmendmentcitizensare subjecttotheservantsoftheservantsofthestatecitizens.They arenotstatecitizens.Theseservantsandsubservantscannot grantrights.Rightsdonotcomefromservants.Youcannotbe grantedrightsyoualreadyhave. ThePeoplev.Herkimer,4Cowen(NY)345,348(1825): "Thepeople,orsovereignarenotboundby generalwordsinstatutes,restrictiveof prerogativeright,titleorinterest,unless expresslynamed.Actsoflimitationdonotbind theKingorthepeople.Thepeoplehavebeen cededalltherightsoftheKing,theformer sovereign...Itisamaximofthecommonlaw, thatwhenanactismadeforthecommongood andtopreventinjury,theKingshallbebound, thoughnotnamed,butwhenastatuteisgeneral andprerogativerightwouldbedivestedortaken fromtheKing[orthepeople]heshallnotbe bound." EventheverydefinitionofLibertymeansyoucannotbe regulated.StudythetermsLibertyandLibertiesintheLaw Dictionary.AnotherExample:theUSSupremeCourtinMeyer v.Nebraska,262US390,399:ThetermLiberty...denotesnot merelyfreedomfrombodilyrestraint,butalsotherightofthe individualtocontract,toengageinanyofthecommon occupationsoflife,toacquireusefulknowledge,tomarry,to establishahomeandbringupchildren,toworshipGod accordingtothedictatesofhis/herownconscience,the establisheddoctrineisthatthislibertymaynotbeinterfered withundertheguiseofprotectingpublicinterest,bylegislative actionwhichisarbitrary..." TheUSConstitutionomitsreferencestofree,andusesphrases withpropercapitalizednouns,andoftenusethepreposition "of": "CitizenoftheUnitedStates" "InhabitantofthatState" "ResidentwithintheUnitedStates" "PeopleoftheseveralStates" residentsofthesamestate

The14thamendmentcreatedatypeoffederal"citizenship" whichisanalogoustoownership. InyourConstitutionpriortothefourteenthamendment,the wordCitizenwasALWAYScapitalized:Article1,section2

(twice),Article1section3,Article2,section1,Article3, section2(fivetimes),Article4section2(twice)andthe11th amendment(twice).But,itisNEVERcapitalizedinthefive occurrenceswithinthe14thamendment.Congressdidnot forgettheproperuseofEnglish.Onereferstothepropertitleof thegovernment'sMaster.Theotherisawordforgovernment property.Whichoneareyou? The14thamendmentcreatedanewclassofcitizenship. Originallyintendedforthe4millionfreedslaveswhohadno meansofsupport,itallowedforfederalownershipofthosewho neededfederalentitlementsinordertosurvive.Aspreviously explained,itisanabsurdity"tothinkthatyourConstitution wouldeverbeinterpretedtoprovidewelfaretoindividuals. UnderyourConstitution,welfareforindividualsisnotpossible withoutownership(becausewelfareistheresponsibilityof owners,churchandfamily).ThisisBiblical. Equalprotectionunderthelaw?
