Its purpose is to help develop international competitiveness in the industrial sector, to be able to benefit from the new opportunities that will follow the introduction of free trade and exposure to global markets. The Industrial Modernisation Centre (IMC) is the implementation arm of the Programme. Under IMP, Integrated Technical Assistance to Egyptian industrial companies will be delivered using business upgrading, training and export promotion services. This will address both companies determined to meet the competitive needs of the domestic market place, as well as those targeting export markets." Registration with IMC Enterprises eligible for technical assistance under IMP: 1. Must be commercially registered in Egypt; 2. Must be privately owned or with majority private share; 3. Must employ more than 10 employees. IMC selection process 1. Client registration form should be filled and sublitted to the Industrial Modernisation Centre (IMC): by email to: clientreg@imc-egypt.org 2. Eligible clients receive a detailed IMC Company Assessment Form (CAF) to be completed, with assistance from an IMC representative, and submitted back to the IMC. 3.
