Then, there are those heroes who sacrifice every day to care for loved ones who struggle with Alzheimer's disease. The Alzheimers Association - Hudson Valley/Rockland/Westchester, NY Chapter provides support and assistance to the communities of Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester counties in New York. The Chapter is a unit of the Alzheimer's Association and is committed to carrying out the mission of the Association at the local level. It is registered in New York as a non-profit corporation and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
