CHRISTIAN MONTESSORI CENTRE is a Centre that caters to individuals who have difficulty in their academic subjects and other skills that need to be developed. It accepts students from preschool to high school and even the more advanced levels. The program is coupled with language or communication development necessary in our day to day dealings with various types of people by asking them to speak in English while in the Centre. Building self-confidence is also part and parcel of the program that will help students express themselves in both verbal and non-verbal manner. The Centre is open from Monday Saturday at 9:00am 7:00pm to accommodate everyone. A roster of tutors underwent Montessori training under the tutelage of the expert Centre Manager. We also accept students who want to hone their talents in music or who are inclined to develop their love for music.

POLICIES AND GUIDELINES 1. You must be a currently registered CMC student enrolled in the course for which you are requesting for a tutor. 2. You also must have completed and signed the Tutee Application Form with 1 pc 2 X 2 photo taken recently. 3. NO-SHOW POLICY - If you cant keep an appointment, you must call the Centre and leave a message in your tutors mailbox. 4. If you missed your appointment without notifying your tutor or the Centre it is considered ABSENT and no hour/time replacement is to be given. 5. Tardiness is accepted 10 minutes after the given slot and will still end on the same schedule. 6. Payment is computed in a monthly basis whether you have complete or less number of sessions for the month. 7. If your tutor is more than 10 minutes late, please inform the one in-charge to attend to your needs. 8. You may work individually with your tutor for a maximum of 6 hours for preschool-elementary and 4 hours for high school each week. You must check-in and check-out at the Centre each time you are tutored. Saturday schedule is given to students enrolled in a weekly basis program as the case maybe. 9. It is expected that you should come on time so as not to affect the schedule of the succeeding students. Time applied for, is strictly to be followed. 10. During the quarter, you will be asked to evaluate your tutor as well as your progress in the program you are undertaking. Your opinions about our services are important to us.

PROCEDURE 1. Fill-out the Application Form and submit to the office for assessment. 2. Pay tuition fee before sessions start. Always ask for an official receipt each time you transact with the office. Statement of Accounts is given one week prior to its due date. Collection of fees is done every 2 weeks. No services will be entertained without settlement of accounts will be followed. 3. Ask for a Time Sheet where to record your attendance and fill-out the necessary data. 4. Surrender it to the office and present the Time Sheet to your tutor during tutorial classes. 5. Let your tutor sign opposite your signature and leave it to her when session is over.
