OVERVIEW At 10:00 AM Today, The Active Low Pressure Area (ALPA) was estimated at 870 km East of Mindanao (9.0N, 135.0E). The ALPA is expected to bring moderate to heavy rains (2.5 - 10.0 mm/hr) and thunderstorms in Mindanao particularly over Lanao del Norte and the provinces of Agusan, Surigao, Davao and Misamis which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. II.
