SYNOPSIS

CONTRIVANCE PLANNING MANAGEMENT


This project aims at developing a suitable information system to coordinate the activities of the consultant, candidates and companies. The project titled Contrivance planning Management aims at automating the information system. The technology adopted is client server. The database is created with the help of SQL Server. The client part aims at producing different forms and reports in order to provide case and satisfaction of the users. The objectives carried out in this project are, Collection of resumes Verification of resumes Filtering of resumes Requirement specification of the companies Comparison of requirement and available resumes Selecting the suitable candidate Developing a report to intimate the selection to the candidate

OVERVIEW

Program objectives:
Strategic CONTRIVANCE PLANNING MANAGEMENT is designed to teach participants the skills that they need to seize new opportunities and to adapt quickly to shifting conditions. Through intensive discussions with like-minded classmates and expert faculty members, participants learn how to implement organizational change in order to give their companies the advantage in the global business arena. The program is based on real-life case studies and articles by Harvard Business School faculty. For each case, participants analyze the business strategy involved, evaluate the relationship of organizational and HR practices to corporate strategy, develop a change plan, and examine the role of the HR function in this process. Specifically, participants will improve their capacity to: Define organizational effectiveness: What is it? How does one diagnose it?; Understand the benefits of increased organizational and managerial effectiveness; Balance the pressures for speed and lower cost with quality and optimal performance; Align the HR function to the business unit and the corporate strategy; Determine and manage the strategic role of the HR function within the organization; Build organizational structures and systems for national and multinational organizations; Understand the relationship between leadership and organizational culture; Develop the organizational capabilities of coordination, commitment, and competence; and Establish corporate values that shape a high-performance organization.

MODULE DESCRIPTION
Resume:
Applicants should send the resume to the respective staffs. Before sending the applicant should take into account whether his achievements And the specified requirements match. There are also choices for the applicants to register at same sites their resumes for job opportunities. If he has same extra curricular skill he could also specify them noticeably. Keep in touch with the respective staff in order to invoke them with the response for the already forwarded resume.

Requirements:
Recruiters are to screen the job candidates based on the criteria necessary to fill a particular job. Rate the candidates, whether they have already specified abilities and that they suites to a particular placement. Utilize` the recruitment software to solve resume valuation. See to that whether the employee can manage the duties effectively. Checking out the requirements will make it easy of the job of finding the right candidate with right job which is really a cumbersome one. HR manager collects the details and puts it forward for further purposes.

Selection:
Based on the requirement selection will be done. If the candidate is a fresher with no previous experience he has to first go. through test.

Employee:
Employee registration is done this module Their personal details is maintained in separate tables If the requirement is met with the existing data then the list of variables employee with their skill set are will be displayed in the screening form.

Leave management:
In this module admin goes to maintain the leave details of their employees . Every company should follows some specification for leave process Here they are maintain leave details as form of how many days each employee can take

leave in per year And how many days they are used and how many days are remaining in each employee

Pay roll
In this module maintaining the payroll details for each employee. As how much salary each employee getting and their commission details And here they calculating their net salary from previous point assumption.

SYSTEM ANALYSIS: Existing System:


The Existing system for Contrivance Planning Management System is a manual process. Taking existing system in to consideration, we can find that the contrivance manager has to interact with the candidate in person, brief on the requirements they expect and so on. All these require more time and labor. The data collected may be inconsistent, redundant and getting in touch with a remote candidate will become impossible. More over there would happen lack of co-ordination and follow-ups. As the system is manual, there are many chances for it to procure more errors. There may be chances to happen selection process to occur at more than one place at a time, with regard to the existing system it would be hilarious to maintain records on venue, batches etc. There are sections, which are restricted to be accessed by a specific user of contrivance planning management system. That is some of the areas, which contrivance managers access would be very confidential and it is not allowed to be accessed by users or employees. If the system is manual it would be tedious to implement this separation. This section deals with the concept of system analysis, which is the primary phase of the software development. The purpose is to identify the new system and establish what the new system is to accomplish. System analysis is an important activity that takes place when new system is being build. It is the central whole of system development and it includes gathering necessary data and developing a plan to the new system. It is not an easy task because many people need to be satisfied and many conflicts resolved. System analysis should be creative and imaginative in producing new solutions to meet the user requirements.

Drawbacks Of The Existing System:


The existing system has the following disadvantages:
Requires many departments to handle variety of tasks. Involves lot of paper work. No proper assignment of responsibilities would be there. No electronic workflow, processing and approvals. No automation and centralization of records. Low and dragging access to records and details on employees. New changes cannot be easily implemented. Loss of records is probable to occur, as it is paper works. Difficulty in searching the records as no serialization is involved. Accumulation of records as organization extends. Becomes more complex as task becomes more functional. Difficulty in establishing and developing organizational capabilities of coordination, commitment and competence. Incomplete alignment of various functions. Inability in understanding the benefits of increased organizational and managerial effectiveness.

Need For the Proposed System:

The proposed system Contrivance Planning Management System is fully an automated one. In the proposed system, the candidate online can view the company details and requirements put forward by them. Online registration is also possible with this the proposed system. As the proposed system is a centralized one, redundancy can be avoided; moreover the coordination of different departments becomes much easier. Above all the system provides high security for all its data. The proposed system is mainly required for the listed as: Easy updating of information Provides online registration facility Status of processing can be verified and identified at any stage of process Efficient allocation of resources Ensures timeline management The proposed system bridges this gap between the end-users and the contrivance planning managers by providing a centralized control over the entire system. The different departments utilize the system for sequencing the different processes that are isolated apart. In the proposed system Employee Self Service will be available which allows employees to manage their own personal and benefit information. The payroll system included is used to compute, certify and create employee pay and disburse money.

Proposed System:
Improve business practices and streamline operations. Reduce the need for departmental system. Provide a single point of entry for information. Provide electronic workflow, processings and approvals. Automate audits and edits, and centralize rules administration. Improve information access at the employee, user and administrative levels. Provides new functionality. Entry-level users have been provided with the facility to access and complete online forms. Automatic review of plans, policies and eligibility requirements. Automatic identification of taxable wages. The time keeping function included in the proposed system will supports the capture of information based on an employees work schedule. The Leave Management module maintains balances for leave benefits and balances. Non-technical users will be able to create and retrieve contrivance planning management reports. Electronic routing and approvals of attendance can be implemented. Access and ability to change personal information such as contact address, email address etc.
